Asunto: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!
But the change from 1 to 2 matches each week and the change from 16 to 13 week seasons didn't?
of course it did
that's why we have an inflation now and that's why young players are visibly weaker in each next generation
so I don't get your point
Also the training system just changed too, from being able to train 33 players on pace to 10.
the 33 was a part time thing
max was 22, but there was also limit to 9-10
rest of the post is off-topic from what we're talking about

I just meant that it wasn't connected with what we were talking about and I don't want to enter another discussion, just wanted to point out that improving the # of trainings spots to 20 or 30 is not a good idea
Haha ok ok... so let me put it straight.
How about current Money flow + TL prices then, you say that the new system is great and it didn't affect TL market?
When did prices spike up? Who benefitted from it.
If training spots were unlimited i highly doubt that after 10 seasons there would be more issues than there currently is with current reforms.
Look at the facts and the market currently, without talking about seasons being shorter + having twice as many games compared to before reform period. Injuries system is very illogical.
Honestly you think that new comers will ever open youth academies with the current system? I'd like to see it in numbers in two seasons how many new users are able to acomodate reasonable coaches + youth academy + being minimum competitive in league competition.

We were talking about your ridiculous idea to improve max training up to 33 slots/team
now out of the blue you're talking about inflation, injuries system and youth school
I have no idea what your point is, I see no arguments, therefore it doesn't really make sense to respond to your message
ps. you really don't understand this game if you think that inflation is bad for opening youth schools
if anything, it is actually better to open a youth school than it was 2 years ago

People (some) are complaining about the situation that there are not enough good players currently on market. Restricting the trainees number to 10 means that teams are able to train max 10 players which are improving fast enough. Instead of 20 or 30 which means that at some point these teams won't need all these players or they'll be unable to pay their salaries. Meaning more quality players on the market, price action will come down to a reasonable level again. And these weaker teams could have these well trained players that would fit to their teams to beat up stronger teams as well.
Atm it's a nose dive regarding prices and players. Players i mean who are with really good skills. Gameplay will get worse season by season, and little by little everybody will go and hunt after 37 year oldies. That's not the way.
You can say whatever you want with your 80M or 100M Yes good luck with one time buys but there's at least a way if the number of advanced training wasn't restricted. Just a reform or system needs to be adapted to it. You will always have a choice with current or with any other system, just to make money or being fully commited to the competition, choice is always yours. There are many different ways to build up your team even now. But the current restriction in long term will ruin players, gameplay and financials will be terrible at some point.

If you're good with numbers think twice. How many players each team will need minimum, and maximum who is fully training young players. Everything is linked to financials after all. If that's not working properly then there's a problem.
What 33 slots, have i ever said loudly out '' hey let's change it to 33 slots'' I was saying that 10 slots for advanced training wasn't a healthy restriction for the game that's it.
Why should i open a youth school now if before i was able to smoothly slide dozen of youth into my team and give them at least pace training. Now only thing i can do is to fire them or simply list them for transfers?

see, now you don't even know what you wanted yesterday
your words:
"But definitely + 1 to get full training for all players in squad who have played 90 mins and more."
full training for 90min played means changing the advanced training slots limit to 33, cause you can play 33 players in cup/league/league*
*actually some could train even 44 with Champions Cup, but that's not important

Man you're just here to argue. Have you ever thought through what other managers are saying?
Let's go with it yes 33 slots would still be better than 10.
Probably 20 would already do the the thing and resolve many issues in the game.
Money flow + transfer market + twice as many games + injuries + training slots they all are related to each other want it or not. They all influence the market.

I want to see your team with 44 players good luck with it.
What are you even talking about?
Nothing you wrote has any logic behind it. You go from topic to topic, nothing is related to each other.
Did I understand it correctly that your main issue is that possibility to train only 10 players per team is too low and that it leads to ruining the games economy? Because that would be obviously not true.

it might be true that increasing training spots alone may increase current inflation on young players but If you also make youth schools better and if everyone gets better juniors as well, you can balance inflation quickly and gameplay would be increasing. this way you will be giving people more reasons to log in and spend more time on the game and we will also have some freedom to give luck to average youths again and make changes on our squads. it may even reduce inflation since right now it doesn't seem logical to me to train 24-28 y.o. players since you are probably not going to make much profit on them (considering inflation and profit range with younger players) and you have to make a profit from that 10 slot whether you are rich or poor team. as I see most of the teams using 30+ y.o. players in their first 11 and 16-21 y.o. players for advanced training. This causes inflation for young and old players but it doesn't seems like there is enough space to mid-age players who still need advanced training. Opening training space for mid-age players may decrease the inflation on young and old players as well.
I have tons of money in my club too. the current system is just boring and seems meaningless to me too. speaking as 15+ years of sokker user, previous ux, product manager (also been in some game startups before) and a current multimillion usd valued tech company CEO before receiving comments like "you don't know the game", "you want it to be kid game", "you don't know what finance is" etc. from users like borkos.
