It's important to have older players in the game, otherwise this game will not be competitive anymore and will die soon.
So the other way around.
Will be very boring to train players only.

In the latest updates of the game they made it even more possible to do both, having trainees and being competitive.

Man, I have 122m euro on my account and nine u21 players who are worth together at least another 85

I came on here with a serious matter affecting this game. You, on the other hand, mocked my team's ratings and bragged on about how solvent you are. Who's trolling, mr sharp tool?

But can you specify why the fact, that people use older players, is a problem? Nobody stops you to do the same, it is your choice to play the way you do. Players already drop skills at 28y, which is way too soon.

28-31y is players prime, always has been in sk.

Polish first league is now almost half 30+ years old.
Always has been. You cant win there with 24y olds.

Coaches get to coach at 100+ years old
Is an issue - something devs will hopefully rework sooner than later.

And 40+ years old players being best in their leagues.
Simply not true.


Bigger issue is probably ability to tank to train youngsters instead of going for oldies to compete for a season until you end up with no value in team.
