Asunto: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!
But can you specify why the fact, that people use older players, is a problem? Nobody stops you to do the same, it is your choice to play the way you do. Players already drop skills at 28y, which is way too soon.
From your first post:
players 30+ years old are better than players in their prime
28-31y is players prime, always has been in sk.
Polish first league is now almost half 30+ years old.
Always has been. You cant win there with 24y olds.
Coaches get to coach at 100+ years old
Is an issue - something devs will hopefully rework sooner than later.
And 40+ years old players being best in their leagues.
Simply not true.
Bigger issue is probably ability to tank to train youngsters instead of going for oldies to compete for a season until you end up with no value in team.

I came on here with a serious matter affecting this game
you came here angry because a 36yo player with a value lower than 1m euro scored 2 goals against you
if anything it shows that you don't have a good team, not that there is any kind of problem in the game
your opponent played for 61, that's NOT a strong team
get better youths, improve them, make money, create a better team
so far you are losing money on transfers and you have a team at low level
you "invested" 350 000 euro for all your u21 players and you come here criticising people investing in older players, it's simply ridiculous

You don't have to compare with the old system... They ditched it, because they believed the current system would be better. In general, they were right, but the PM exclusive is imo the biggest downgrade the system got, while it's supposed to be an upgrade.
I understand your point.
I look for all my players to have some decent PM level. Still comparing with the old training system, you still can train your 5/10 mids on PM if you want. So, it is ok

I would speed it up some more, but ad 3 extra skills at the top! And each skill above superdivine will increase the skill with 20%, but also needs 20% more training to pop.
And with this type of training, you do 3 things!
Yes, this is exactly the same I think.
Maybe only 2 extra levels could be enough. But people want to see pops more often. Actually you can increase and use same % of difficulty increment for each level, but start with a lower ground base (lets say less points to reach good). You will have posp more often, but the training curve will be higher to what it is now, so the 2 new added levels will be more costly to what they are nowdays.
Additionally about GK, to prevent those SD levels at u21, the GK could need for example technique. Then High GK will allow the player to reach the ball, but witouth technique will be so difficult to catch the ball or he could make faults when he is against an striker 1vs1...

Ok, dude, I'm not as good as you, never will be. Happy now? Can we have a normal conversation now that you won this one to one? Or have you got anything else against me? Let it all out and then come back and be decent.
I don't have a good team - checked. My opponent was better - checked. I got better youths, I'm improving them - checked. I am losing money on transfers an the overall - checked. I "invested" too little compared with others investing on old players - checked.
All the above have nothing to do with my initial message. I hope you're satisfied enough attacking me and maybe next time you manage to read a message properly. Unless you've got issues and you love picking on people. In which case, seek help.

I'm not attacking you, I'm just stating facts, as did the others, it's not our problem that you can't handle it.

It has EVERYTHING to do with your initial message, because the game does not have a problem with "older players being too good".
It's you having problems competing with average old teams.

whats the use of friendies nowadays? I can train like all my trainees plus all regulars for at least 96%?
It's another 'great' idea devs have had, less friendlies during the season, less time to train young players. More and more teams don't care about the Cup anymore due to this. Not that some users are bothered anyway, apparently old players are the future. And what's worse, I can't handle it :)))
they are useful when you train 16-19yo players or can't use 20-23yos in league because of high level
I use my 17-19yos in friendly + then give them 20-30min in league game to give them 96%

Borkos can you at least once just hold yourself not to comment...
Yes, dude, it's me. Just in case, if it's raining where you are, it's me too.
There's exactly the same number of friendlies as it was before, 1 each week. You can train 11 players in a friendly = you have max 10 trainings slots so it's not a problem.
Seriously, you're arguing with people that have more and much better youngsters than you do. People that make tens of millions profit on training every season, so yeah, old players definitely are the future.

Can you? Because every time you come with the same comment that brings absolutely nothing
People tried to help him, he got normal responses, he doesn't accept anything other than he already believes in.

In a way young players will be old players in the future. So yeah only old players are the future
Let him be, he probably has reasons to be miserable. My advice to him: picking on others is only going to make things worse, not better.
