just today, 3 members of our NT starting 11 got injuried. And then do the setup for tomorrow.....

It must be a headeache having an update like this for smaller countries

i have unearthly coach and 5 juniors in youth school and none of them is worth more than 1 euro. Stupid random game.

6weeks of the season and I have not received a single 16yr junior. All.I can do is open free spaces and pray. I am pissed at Devs, junior academy reform should be an absolute priority

Indeed, it needs a big reform.

In the other spectrum are juniors that come out as 21yo, like this one. He has great talent, nice skills, but at the age of 21 he is worth nothing:


Imho juniors should not come out older than 18yo.

The minimum age limit for admission to school should be 15 years - maximum 17 years

yes youth need big reform. youth league need reform. Youth league nobody watch.

and devs must change pace. why coming youth with so low pace and max 10. Pace is for youth maybe skill whitch is better like have old players.

changing only those limits in that way would change exactly nothing in YS

should be two age variants possible, following each other, could be 16-17, 6-7 or even 20-21, doesnt matter much
older one should be able to reach higher level of individual skill e.g 12.6 or 13.5 instead of current 10.8 or younger one maximum could be lower
and that, hopefully, would be able to make age in YS not as important factor as it is now
maybe even could be a mechanism that would cause youths coming to single youth school with alternately following ages e.g. 16, 17, 16, 17, 16, 17, ...

and max no of weeks should be lower than now, of course, 25 for example

Sokker season is 62-65 days. And injury day is 23 (sometime 27-28 days). This means players missed 1/3 period of the season.

Equal = 3 month in real life.

is this normal ?

This issue is starting to bother us now. And this issue should be resolved shortly.

Yes it is awkward... My junior has 20 days now. Means 1/3 of season i can't train my 18 years talent... :-( Every injury i got is more 20 days. Not shorter.

How did you calculate that the season has 62-65 days?

It has around 90 days

Whatever, it’s already too much injuries times in a season. And it’s not only that. Distribution of random is not equal between users, some can cumulate +100 days of injuries in just one season, some only few days. It’s like that for random juniors. Devs just accentuate frustration and luck when they rescale a season at 12w.

I called this since the beginning, it was a mistake not to adjust the injuries with the new seasons duration. Doesn't make much sense but anyways..

When are they going to even out the youth school thing??
Its rubbish after rubbish every week. And it's always long term. Where is the excitement with the juniors? For what?

If it's random you will get lucky one day. Just be patient. A youthschool is cheap too compared to other costs and players... you can't expect a good player every season. Patience is the key!

Not that cheap for start of a new team and even for me playing it from 2006 it's not been so great. I'm not sure how many season I am here and not sure how it looks longterm with +- as one season is for me 1 mln € in costs. But to have proper junior, not a long time...
