LOL, thats an incredible disparity. I had 0 divine, 0 unearthly and 2-3 magical.
Current youth school is very unfair.

I think it is still reachable even with a magical coach. It should be possible even with a brilliant coach.
Max junior level at entry is 7,2. Max duration is 34 weeks.
10 pops are possible with a talent of 3,4.

I got only one magical so far. Sold him for 700k euro

Its ridiculously hard to get an unearthly coach with the stupid random skill generator for coaches.

I recently got 4 unearthly coaches, and from my experience for every 1 760 000 $ spent generator gave me 1 unearthly coach. every try costs 36 000 $ with everything magical search.

Lucky you - I've spent the amount you paid for 4 unearthly coaches over the years and I never got one...

Maybe, but we might be comparing pears with apples if don't take the coach into account

Even if i would have a magical junior coach these number would not make sense.

Well... I spend 25M for 2 unearthly coaches... I guess the random factor is as fair for recruiting as for youth pulling...
