I have 3 level 16 coaches(3 assistants). I hired all three. These three was between 5-6 million euro with rolling.

Has anyone figured out the best formula to get unearthly coach? Which skills do you choose all unearthly? all divine?
Or do you try to keep the keeper skill lower (magical) to keep the wage lower?

I am asking myself, if it is wort it. Unearthly vs. Magical...

There is one unearthly coach right now for a lot of money on transfer list with:
unearthly [16] of stamina unearthly [16] of keeping
unearthly [16] of pace unearthly [16] of defending
magical [15] of technique unearthly [16] of playmaking
magical [15] of passing unearthly [16] of striker

with cheap comparision with some of Magical:
incredible [13] of stamina brilliant [14] of keeping
unearthly [16] of pace brilliant [14] of defending
unearthly [16] of technique unearthly [16] of playmaking
unearthly [16] of passing unearthly [16] of striker

I am not sure to pay so much extra to have couple of skills up...

Just saying...

For junior coach only the average skill matters.

There is no best formula to get one. You need to have luck.
And I would always prefer high magical with 14gk over unearthly

You can't put divine for a search. You can't put max. magical. That is why it is so hard to get an unearthly.
Obviously best way is to put 8x magical and hope for the best :)
I don't think an unearthly coach is worth the hassle. He can be maximal 16,2 level. A high-end magical coach will be 15,8 e.g.
Really small difference.

I've spent maybe 2-2.5 mil eur max to get this guy and some magical coaches, it's pure luck. I dont know why he has a bigger salary than yours with same skills, but what could I do, I couldn't fire him.. :)

240 400 is max wage a coach can have so every skill is 16,20.

My youth and main coach only maigcal, I didn't wanted better.

Well that is a big mistake, when someone want rolling on one day 50 or 100 coaches. I did roll 2.5 million euro in one day and I didn't get level 16 coach. Every I take the skills level 15 after I rolled.

After then I only roll in week only 2-3 days. 3-6 roll /day. If I didn't rolled minimum level 14 after 3 roll, I didn't rolled again. In the first 4-5 month I got 2 level 16 coaches. After 2-3 month I got the third.

I was really wondering if his salary is the highest in sokker for a coach. Lucky me...!
At least I reached the maximum for something in this game :))

Coach of slavista must have one skill on 16,02 level

Coach skills can have any value under 16.20, in case of slavista's coach it's probably about 16.16 in one skill (or 16.19 in gk as gk skill has 4x higher impact on wage), and 16.20 in other skills (because his wage is very close to the max)

One could ask a question - why is 16.20 value so common if unearthly coach skill can be any value between 16.00 - 16.20? The answer I have is that probably the algorithm generating coaches draws numbers from much wider range and when that number is higher than 16.20 it cuts it to that value.
