I would like one change.....

Official matches friday and sunday... or friday and wednesday... Reason: Youth coming in thursday and almost players are for sale in weekend. When we buy young and weak players, can not set those players to friendly and for fist trainink must play in official matches or lost full trainink. It is not too good and we want play for result and too train players.

I tried to buy a Czech 16y junior yesterday. The kind of player that would be sold for hundreds of thousands of euros a few seasons ago, was sold for 3M now.

I am not that surprised, there is such a short supply of good juniors lately.
It is week 9 and this is the only 16yr junior I have received this season so far:
Tibor Nezbeda 16 unsatisfactory [2] outfield 19

With such a lack of good juniors, shorter seasons, only 10 training places, training tied to minutes played in league matches and potentially big increase of taxes on short sales (even in cases when you buy 16y and sell him with a huge loss because he is untalented) this game is becoming more and more about a gamble when the winner takes it all. I mean those users who sell their 18yr players after 1-2 seasons of training for over 20M

they will loss 35/100 of single training... that is very little, should not matter

it does matter

especially since for very good youths people pay a lot of money and they want to give them proper training, not 50/100

the friendly game should be moved... it could even be fixed in a very simple way - by moving training to Friday and friendly to Thursday... so you get a new youth on Friday and then he can play next Thursday to receive training

it would also help with a situation where a player receives an early red card in a league game and then also loses a lot of training, because he can't play in the 2nd game due to the red card in 1st one

when you pay 20M for an 18yr junior then even 96% is not enough, but anything more seriously harms the performance in the league and increases the probability of injury. So if you want to train top talents the best strategy is still to play corner tactics in every game.

That's why I proposed some time ago to create an u21 team in which it would be possible to train young players

Obviously with same/similar training slot limit (10 in total), so it would not be possible to train 10 in u21 and 10 in main team. although it might not be a bad idea...perhaps 10+5? but the the players would have to stay in youth u21 team till they are 22, otherwise people who make money would train 16yos both in u21 and in main team

It would make it easier to train properly, it would also make it possible for top teams to train youngsters, and additionally it would increase the level of senior teams because there would be no need to use youngsters for training in matches, so people would simply play more seriously

Only problem I see is that with with cards/injuries in the u21 team people would also need reserve players for u21 team and these players wouldn't receive any training usually...

Just let u21 players to be used in youth league matches. You could mix your lineup with both, youths from academy and u21 players in A team.
It would work as it is for youths in academy.
It would improve level of youth league so matches/leagues would be more intresting, more fun.
+1 additional match for u21 players from A team with possibility of getting training, but...
90 minutes in tuesdays youth match would be similat to half of a friendly (35/93 training minutes)

No need to build/create any new league/team system.
No need to gather reserve players for such u21 team.

Yeah, combining u21s with players still in YS sounds like a great solution, haven't thought of that

This way u21 player after 90 minutes of friendly on friday, and 90 minutes youth league match, would have 96% of training.
You still have possibility of playing u21 player in A team league matches and get more training bonus playing less minutes.
