Subpage under development, new version coming soon!
Asunto: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!
Given the last update on skills, I confirm that there is a difference in training skills. Being specific, today my player (19 yo) poped-up 10 pace and 11 passing, but in comparison, for pace he took 3 Advance Training + 1 Formation Training, but for passing only 2AT +4FT. Like so, training Pace has been slowed down in comparison to passing unless, and maybe other skills.
Some implications of that, pace is harder to train, like so players with a high pace become more valuable.

Siempre ha sido así, la velocidad cuesta más subirla que el resto de habilidades
Pace training was always slower if I remember correctly
Oh, I see, but this information is not stated in the rules. Anyway, since few players know it (because at first nobody gave me a clue), I consider it should be more advertised, moreover, to acquainte new players.
You know, training reform was introduced like 5 seasons ago. Where have You've been during that time? ;)
There are more differences.
Pace is the slowest.
Striker is slow also, but faster than pace.
Def and tech are faster than striker.
Pm and passing are faster than def and tech.
Stamina is very fast, but useless to train because of pops after 7 to 9 GT.
But this is the same as before training reform.

Thats what Im talking about, this kind of info regarding training is valuable. I consider it is worth to note, but not only for me, but for new players.
This kind of things are part of "for the users to figure out themselves" policy of the game
It was never announced, explained etc. by the owners

Really ?

Really ?
I though it's like this
Fastest to slowest
1. Gk
2. PM and passing
3. Tech
4. Def and Striking
5. Pace

Let my copy here my comment from Q&A topic:
These are numbers that I currently have in my excel, but as I said it's still work in progress so it may change in the future. Also remember that with with higher age the difference between pace and other skills gets bigger, as pace slows down quicker.
And don't compare it directly to SA numbers, as it's applied differently. In my model it's a direct multiplier to training points, and in SA it works in more obscure way which I don't really understand, something with exponents I believe :P
For example in SA if you put 0.86 in one skill and 1.00 in the other and then look how big will be the difference (quotient) in the training points needed in these skills (at the same age and level) it will be only ~1.089 instead of 1.00 / 0.86 =~ 1.1627 you would expect if it was applied linearly.

My comments on Dev Diary 74 : Summary of current development status.
1. Yes the communication was terrible -> non existent.
2. Progressive tax: not a bad idea, but wont attract new users, nor will keep old.
3. New PLUS shop. Agreed we do not want higher prices. But one question, although it seems that i wont get the answer from the devs/owners. Why "the monthly subscription will be the most cost-effective way to buy the PLUS package"? Usually its the yearly subscription, also helps with taxes (or rather accounting). So what will be the advantage for users buying monthly subscription?
4. Pressroom. I do like pressroom, but please add a working filter.
5. New pages. Well, you should first convert all the old pages, so the design is uniform. I can really look weird for the new user.
6. You should first work on things that will make the retention rate higher, because spending on advertising now looks like throwing money out. There were plenty of ideas in this and other threads, if you would read or care about them.
Anyway, i guess i just wasted my time writing this. Good thing is that i am bored today, so i could choose how i will waste it :D.

I don't really see anything there that will actually help. As you said, what is the point of advertising in it's current state.
