I just wonder why we talk about cancelled transfers here. Admins should be allowed to cancel transfers only if there were server problems (when all transfers are canceled) or when someone typed a 0 too much and asks for canceling before deadline.

Every other case of canceling looks like helping people to make high starting bids without risk of buying the player. If a bid is too high, there should be a TPA and not a canceled transfer.

I think I read a book about it, that was a story about a czech guy, fan of the Slavia Prague, who added 3 zeros in a bid after destroying his stadion, firing all his players and renaming his team "Konec".
Since then, some people say they saw this lost soul wandering in the transfer market but I couldn't find any proof of life myself.

Admin are making a lot of questionable and inconsistent decisions - users have worries there are not too many regulations how to handle these situations. Rules seems to be interpreted differently and stretched, while noone know them precisely.
There should be something like Sokker Court to appeal the decision and decide if punishment was harsh or too lenient and not let one admin decides on (very) questionable transfers/complaints.

As far as I know when there is a big/controversial decision to make, they sometimes do a voting or discuss the case. It's also possible for an admin to question the decision of another admin. At least that's how it worked years ago.

Yeah, I agree that there's no reason to cancel that transfer. If they want they can not send the player away for a week and the transfer will be terminated, and both sides will pay some kind of penalty (5% or something like that)

I am afraid that will not be enough...

What we need is a task force, trained and supervised by Borkos, in order to track these cheaters in the real life and bring them to court.

I'll just comment this for educational purposes - the screenshot you attached says nothing about his talent.
To assess talent from pops one needs to look at worst case scenarios, in this case it would be skill value 0.999999 week before the pop to 1, and then 2.00 after the pop to [2]. In worst case scenario it took 2+2gt for 0.999999 -> 2.00 pop, which would be a terrible talent. What it means: this pop doesn't impose a good upper bound on talent, it could still be anywhere from 3.00 to ~6.00 (youth school talent equivalent, just like sokker asistente calculates talent). It could be a good talent, but it could also be a terrible talent.


Another thing: when talking about pops one should not ignore general training, it is an important piece of information that can heavily change talent calculations.
