What about players retirement? Or limited transfer budget? ;)

If the coaches will retire, then the pulling of the coaches also needs to be reworked, currently is worse than lottery.

Definitely not against coach retirements. It is one form of money sink,

But in saying this, it probably won't affect those who are currently hoarding all the money, just affects the smaller team trying to make their way to the top.

And agree with BlueZero, it needs to be reworked in some fashion. Sure it's all luck, but its crazy some people can spend 2M to find the coach they want, and others 20M and still not find it.
