on pace should be reversed... starting with minimum 5... also 0 points lost on GK for outfield players... and decrease the maximum time that a junior stays from 34 to 26 weeks... should be better no ?
Foreign juniors is a nice idea in practice, but in reality I think it would be unpopular. As someone who is trying to organise the England U21 system I'd be pretty annoyed if a Magical pull ended up being for a different nation. I'd be highly likely just to sack them all in the first week.
Well, you have to consider the other possibility - more teams worldwide could pull an English superstar
it will not be an imposition but your choice.
Example: scout sent to South America but at the same time you will have young people from your country

It would be good, I would pull the Senegal juniors for myself:))

we need to add real general training for young people who play championship matches, incentivize club promotions and then injuries lasting a week or max two.
the entire youth/championship/training system etc. needs to be completely changed

I'm not saying it wouldn't be used, and it'd be a big help to the small nations, but it's not for me. Needs either an opt-out or it needs to be an addition that doesn't take away from native players.

I would do just something like 10% chance for a junior being from another country at random.
Not too much to interfere with trying to uplift your country. Enough to be an interesting addition. And small countries (userless) will get a chance to maybe compete with some luck.
Please don’t overshoot it with some iditioc scouting system where you have to pay extra etc. And then it will be only used by 0,01% of users that work with some small NT.

I think that is a bit interesting yes. It will create an interesting balance between nations
The tutorial could be more intuitive in the "How to play" rules section.
I suspect it's one of the first places a new player looks.

It's not that easy. I mean, we must think about balance. The point is to produce more average juniors, but same number of "stars".
I can't talk about an statistics of stars an non stars going out of youth school, BUT, if today EVERYBODY es disappointed on youth players going out of there schools, what you are saying is that you'll change system but same number of disappointments will be on that new scenario.
Having youth 20 weeks on school, high level with high level of stamina or stupid distribution is really disappointing. I don't understand why more "stars" is negative.. in the end those "stars" should be trained, without training there's no stars.
Users have 10 training spots, more stars won't mean more training capacity.
This is more a thing of not loosing time, not feeling disapponted, and not training bad players.
Sokker is a slow pace game, and we like it like that, BUT this youth systems make it more slow.
I think you should take stamina as an unbalanced juniors variable, and also non sense distribution.
Maybe make it more difficult to have a good junior, but stop making people loose years training juniors that will be dissapointed when upgrading to the first team.

Suspect it would be something like spend $ to allow the opportunity for say a small % chance of pulling a foreign player etc if they went that route.
The other thing you likely didn't factor here is if you for example pulled a decent player from a foreign country that cares about NT development, you'd likely get more $ from the sale if you advertised to those countries. You could probably then pick up the reverse scenario with someone selling an English player for example.
I think foreign owned juniors needs to come but it also needs to be careful how they do it with all the consequences and flow on effects thought through (which they have yet to do with shortening league systems, new fan expectations system etc. So on track record I wouldn't be overly confident they'd get it right but maybe they're due :P

Yeah, here 3 of my coachs notified me too. The impact in this first season of the coachs retirement will be brutal.
quick question, does height matter? i heard bmi was not implemented and I thought it is the same about height but now I am hearing two opinions about height and cant find any info from Raul or Greg and rules say height matters
ps (not talking about size here:) )
