Typically that's the way it would be done but I guess they'd rather run it month to month, knowing what they can afford over the short term, than take the big payment and run out of funds if subscriptions drop sharply.

Slightly confusing. Can you clarify what happens if i have an ongoing 292 days subscription left?
Will it continue as is?

The price was low and did need raising. The question is, if you double the price, can you maintain the subscription above 50% so that funds actually increase? I'm not sure. For me going from £20 to £30 would have been fine, but going to £40 makes me pause.
I wish you well and I like the changes and attitude of the new bosses but this is like Houdini in the water tank. The tap is running, now you better get to work.

If you have 292 days of subscription and do nothing, you will have your plus for another 292 days then.

But if you subscribe for monthly-sub since tommorow - you will pay immidiately for one month tommorow, than after that month you won't pay for next 292 days, and than when your plus would expire and you will have monthly-sub still on - you wll pay for each next month at the each last day of subscription until you switch it off.

You will also get promotion price every time when you auto-pay for monthly sub between date of first payment (like tommorow) and +12 months date (so if you switch monthly-sub tommorow, you would pay promo price between 1.10.2024 and 1.10.2025).

The decisions were made by owners for some reason, Maybe they believe they will maintain that 50% + more counting promotion sub with old price.

The reason why monthly-sub is the cheapest one is to convince people of using that kind of subscription rather than paying once for a year.
I don't know, but maybe that's just for start, to learn people new payment methods and after some time the prices will be changed? No idea.

I hope it works out but like I said, raising prices comes with raising expectations and this is starting the clock on that.

Sokker would probably be the first thing I use where the monthly fee is greater than the yearly... Feels like a test for math idiots :D

You should have added some small and easy feature to the plus like arcade leagues/tournaments so we feel like we get more with the bigger fee

Agree that the prices needed to be higher to be able to develop faster the game, good luck with this, you now should be extremely careful if u want old user pay new prices.

Things like "soon", "very soon" , like u say in VALUES explanation are words very known from all of us. We know that word means "in months or a year", so when you say new projects are in a concept stage, we know that means 5 years.

Need to be very more clear in the VALUES and implementation dates if you want to persuade users to pay more.

then you will have a plus for years to come with old price, only risk is that you stop playing...

you probably have 30 minutes to buy plus with the old price btw.

I have more than just the words “soon” and will be able to reveal some information.

The shop "is closed". You cant buy anymore plus, by any method, card or paypal :)
