Ideas about how this is going to affect the economy shouldn't be gather here.
You should go ALL-in with this new scenario where owners mark the new path, EVERYBODY is asking for unbonding competition from training. Making it gradually with complicated scenarios just for not going all-in has no sense.
Having 20-21 years players trianing decent win friendlies is for sure not an economic advantage for more richer teams different from what it is today. In any any scenario richer teams will have more advantage or easy way going through scenarios and that's ok. They have invest many years playing and that has it's results. The path is opening business possibilities for everybody. Small and Big teams, each one on their own scale. That's natural.
You should let players until 20-21 years have a decent (96%) training just from friendlies.
Nobody can compete with 21 years old team. In reality nor in SK.+. In 1st division players nor 3rd division players.
Take the chance, if it doesn't works, start having gradually corrections.
In any scenario there will be people criticising but now is a reallity that great users, old players are loosing 23-0 in games in league and just not playing making a boring context of playing and sure people leaving game because there's a scenario where nobody can have fun.
Winning games 23 -0 and being 1st and then loosing everything in the next league is not fun at all.

Where would they get A LOT of new users from?
At the current state it is login once and never come back.

I pay a long time for plus now , especially because SK is been in my life a longtime now and i want to support it to keep it alive.
But i think 50 euro is a lot no ?
- If a kid has to choose between SK plus subscription or the New Fifa or other big PC game every year ?
- I get it, for sure there has to been a raise , but a raise of 100% in 1 year ?
- If there are decent changes for the game in the next year i will keep paying , but if not i will buy somethings else with it instead.
- 2 users that are paying 30 euro is more than 1 of paying 50 euro (i think a lot of people won't extend after the promo is over except if there are changes).
- There is only 1 major advantage for plus users that has been a very good change with the new lay-out and it's: Full control over players' development page.
- A lot of old Plus-features are gone / some can't been used anymore / or they are so hidden i can't find it anymore ?
I think for example the old Personalized club pages had a better lay-out than this one.
Nobody uses the guestbook anymore for that reason , personal clubpage gone , Associations and friends (i think you can't even make new ones).
- There are a few good side-websites (Geston, SK-tables, sokker-manager, ...) that have some great stats/tools , those are things that could be implemented in the game for plus users to make it more attractive for people to buy plus.

you can still play it for free... remember plus has no big added value, excel spreadsheet can replace it
