Indeed... free agents would be one of the best money sinks in the game! And having it completely random will certainly help. But I recon there should be about 100 free agents for sale, each day... It would regulate the prices for all players too.
And the same should work for trainers. It doesn't matter if those free agents are sold or not...just having them generated will help.

Generate them for very small countries and you solve 2 problems in 1.
I'm not going to create a new topic for it but
Give NT managers the option to resign?
In 4 days time, 16 managers at the World Cup are going to become lame ducks with nothing to do and no motivation to continue for the next 9 weeks. Allow them to quit if they choose.
Oh and set up the World Cup for the end of the season.

Yes especially for u21 where 50% of all players age 21 get irrelevant fast
Something is going to need to be done about the Coaches market. There's 20 coaches on there at the moment, for the entire game. That's not a problem for clubs with money who can just hit the Generate Coach button endlessly until they get someone worth having, but it's a big issue for everyone else.
Only an issue if you’re chasing unearthly general appraisal coaches or a very specific distribution of skills which is not mandatory anyway. If you’re after brilliants or magicals it’s not that expensive. If you’re also after a specific 1-2 unearthly skills also it’s not usually too expensive there either.
Teams that want an unearthly general appraisal are likely sides that have money anyway and if you don’t have funds I’d be questioning why you’d be desperate for an unearthly general level coach anyway.
Now for those with money but are having repeated bad luck that’s a different issue entirely. We can discuss that aspect.
What should happen is when a coach is not accepted off a search that coach should go on the coach transfer list rather than disappearing into the abyss. That doesn’t happen currently unless they become contracted and even then if they’re contracted and then sacked they still don’t always end up on the coach transfer market for some reason.
You’d end up with a lot of coaches on the transfer market then and some may be ok for those with limited funds. Sure they wouldn’t likely be unearthly but at least you’d be able to cheaply pick up others that will do almost as good a job.

They did that with the coaches to draw money out of Sokker, so I don't think they will put unassigned coaches on TL. It's a good idea though.

I think is the opposite.

I offer buy the game actually to Raul but never answer me.
You want to promote commerce shutting down production industries
no, the problem is that it is so easy for everybody to train every skill of a player. No need to rotate trainees...
In your economy example, this means that every farmer can efficiently grow grains, fruits and vegetables without compromise - no individual specialization needed -> no trade on the market.

It's always the same. Every action has reaction. Reducing 1 trainee player means there is going to be less players on market, also for those who train less players.
Here I was reading there where few players on market and system should random create. If you want more players on market, let people train 15 players. 20 players. That would give more product to market.
