Please convince Greg to also remove injuries from club friendlies alongside with International Cup. Safe tactics are a terrible advertisement for the game. If I were a new user I would quit the game immediately if I saw such bs.

Its also a way to please the public, who will not be happy if there is 4th injury roulette in a week.

change youth league... nobody watch it...and this match take one day from week...

make league U21....every players to 21y including. For those players will bonus pace training and bonus training stop in 22y.

Elections will start on last saturday of the season (mornings update) and will end after 8 days - sundays evening. So it will takes 2 weekends.

If I am not mistaken, it is shorter now, right? would be good to have couple of days for candidates to register? before voting starts?

I would probably never buy older players than 21 if there is an u21 league competition.

I like your idea in principle but there's a slight issue with U-21 games. Most people aren't going to have 11 players aged 21 or under, as there's only 10 training spots.
Now if you want to add the Youth Team into that, and give them all the same kind of training they have now, that's interesting. I still maintain that youth matches are absolutely stupid and pointless if you can't see player skills.

I think it would be a great idea to introduce a small benefit if a player has played for the U21 or NT. In that case, 20% of the player's salary would be covered by the association. Otherwise, there's only ideological motivation for training with the U21 and NTs. I believe there should be additional incentives.

You mean domestic NT player or all? I have 6-7 players and my attendance sux.. Only tanking teams have lower attendance and income than me..

All... but it is insignificant and its not accumulating so 1 or 6-7 doesn't matter. Also most teams have player(s) with some NT matches so even if it was significant you wouldn't find a difference in comparison with others.

Oh really? What’s this "small bonus" exactly, and how does it work? Is it actually enough to make any difference, or just a token gesture for appearances?

Why not offer real incentives? How about a 10-20% salary bump—but only for players who actually played, so max 16 players per nt/u21. Or we set it at a flat rate, like 3 125 $ for U21 and 6 250 $ for senior NT per appearance. Think that might finally make an impact, or are we sticking to symbolic small bonuses? :P

€3-6k would not make any impact so its not a big deal but just the principle is wrong - giving away free money to strong teams with NT players. Why someone would need incentive to own world class players? This should be the desire of everyone who can afford it.

Also for U21 - people have a self-interest to train youngsters, to improve them and/or make a profit and participating in U21 is by-product of the process. You want to give away money to the richest teams who can afford the best trainees? Its not fair. The exception are countries with (almost) no active users whose players are so bad that nobody wants to train them but it's stupid to make changes to help NT teams that have no one to cheer for them

1/50 is actually a lot.
Most people (and by most I mean 90% not 20%) never log in or log in once and then leave for good.

It has always been that way, back in the old days there were hundreds of new users every week, but most of them never stayed. And it has close to nothing to do with any kind of tutorial, people will see how this game looks, how outdated the layout is, how messed up is the design and won't even care to try and understand the game.
