Could work but with 100x of the current price of the recruitment. Otherwise everybody gets top coaches basically for free.

Cost should probably be around the median cost to get the equivalent via the current coach recruitment. Perhaps slightly more to the expensive side as a way of making a little bit extra back for the convenience.

Yes, the median price for unearthly coach right now is around 100x recruitment cost (~1% probability). If you need main coach with 7 unearthly skills probablility is even lower

I agree that it is not fair.
But it would be more unfair to managers who have already spent money hiring new coaches under the current system.
The game is about adapting to changes.

Thing is that this existed already, but the game itself didn't adapt to the new changes.

My opinion. The coaches should stay as they are now, for as long as there isn't a suitable change to pair with it.
But on the flipside, new changes should always need to be thought out properly before they randomly got thrown into the game whitout people knowing about it.
There are so many issues with the game that are kept ignored way too long and then some unimportant changes are being worked on.
The priorities should be made with a logic that makes sence. They implemented the retirement of the coaches, but they kept the recruiting as it is. THAT was the excellent chance to adjust the way of recruiting, but they chose to ignore that part, because they were looking for a money sink without considering new teams in this story.
The fact people say new teams don't need top coaches is rubbish imo. Every manager needs top coaches if you want to keep up with the rest. Why are rich teams priviledged with the possibility to train faster and better? Why are one group of managers priviledged with the luck of recruiting top coaches on a handfull of tries while others need to spend a fortune on them? Random is good in a certain way, but Sokker is just flooded with random in a way that it just divide teams by luck.

Go figure, going to a garage to buy a new car, you need to pay a certain amount of money to get a 0.x% chance to actually get a car that drives properly.
If the car doesn't suit you, you can spend another amount of money to go another random chance, but the previous money is lost forever :-p

New teams are the least impacted by this. They cant afford the wage of an unearthly coach to begin with and that's before even searching for one. Best they'd be looking at is incredible for ys (and even that's likely too high) and a single coach with maybe 1 or 2 unearthly skills. Those things are cheap to find on the recruitment system because you're not trying to be picky. You dont care if you get tragic or vg in a skill if you're not training it, so your hit rate drastically increases.

The ones impacted by this are ones who want 7+ unearthly skills and won't settle for anything less than that. These are also the ones who have excess money.

So from that aspect the system isn't too bad. I just think that any coach that is generated from the recruitment system that is tossed away should automatically prop up the coach transfer market to act as another way because whilst I might not want that coach, someone else might.

If you wanted a way to take the unevenness when it comes to the gambling side then you put in what has been mentioned above but you have to price it in such a way that it's basically the same price as what the median would be to get the exact same thing if you went the recruitment option (but it does help to stop you paying several times over what the median is). That way going for the recruitment system is now 3 choices, gamble for a possible cheaper then median price and help prop up the coach transfer market in the process, pay slightly above median price but remove most of the risk, or pick up off the transfer list.

Please fix the mood of supporters. They decrease by 3-4% after a friendly, and increase by only 2% after 2-3 victories in a row, although i have already met the expectations.
