5- Cut the money for those who don't play and don't coach.

I've been reading all comments, I'd like to share my views.

Many of the proposals presented involve money, which kind of proves the point that this game is heavily based on money. And the main way to make money in Sokker is by trading, ergo this is a Trading Game.

I believe we should focus on Management options, which right now are scarce and limited. I'd like to give some examples.

--------
Feature #1: "You can improve the Form of your player to 18 for the next match (only for the next match). This feature can be used 2 times per season for each player, and no more than 10 times in total"

Feature #2: "You can reduce injury time by 10 days. This feature can be used 2 times per season, and not both on the same player"

Feature #3: "You can improve the efficiency of GK, DEF, MID or ATT orders for the next match (only for the next match), but you'll have a slightly higher chance of getting red cards during the match. You can use this feature 3 times per season"
-------

These are just examples, please don't start silly arguments about them. I don't care if you don't like them, they are just examples.

My point is: Sokker should have more Management options.

If Sokker is supposed to be a Management Game, then give us some management tools. Right now we have almost nothing.

This could help the game to be more interesting and fun, which is the main goal for any game.

I like your YS proposal.
Current system is literally a Lottery, I hate it.

Haven't thought about it in detail, so please don't shoot to heavy...

why not transfering the whole training system + games to the youth academy?

- youth entering YS are generated with visible skills.
- 10 youths are trained acc. to minutes played, you define training skills the same way you do for seniors.
- more training fun every week
- estimation of talent takes still about 3-4 weeks.
- 20 yo divine juniors are not worthless anymore. you can train them very selectively in the skills
- spending a training spot to 16/17yo seniors is not worth it.
- you define, when you pull them to senior.

I suggested a similar idea a long time ago, but a bit different.

Gist of it was that you would be able to use u21 players in your youth league games (90min=96% like in league game) alongside "normal" youths that you don't know the skills of.

Main advantage: you wouldn't need to use them in official senior games so you would be able to effectively both train youths for your future / for money and compete with best possible team in league/cup games.

It would be probably also easy to code since all 21 and younger players would just appear as possible choices in youth league match settings.

Obviously they would still take the places out of possible 10 advanced training spots.

That would be far from perfect but definitely better than what we have now and the youth league games would have higher level if anyone cares about that (although honestly I think I'd stick with corner tactics since the possibility of injury would be quite high due to possible very low level of opponents).

--------- As for your idea:
I think there's no chance that they would want to make such changes because this would lead to a crazy amount of great players in the game since every 16yo/many 17yos joining the youth school would receive a perfect distribution of skills.

In theory it sounds nice but in practice it would lead to every youth leaving the YS with max possible pace [either 10 or max he was able to build up during their time in YS]. If anything, it would be more reasonable to choose between position GK/DEF/MID/ATT that they would play as and then according to position, they would receive training to the position skills either with a fixed % or with some random component. For example:

GK
10% stamina 30% pace 40% goalkeeper 20% pass

DEF:
10% stamina 30% pace 30% def 10% tech 10% pm 10% pass

MID:
10% stamina 30% pace 15% def 15% tech 15% pm 15% pass

ATT:
10% stamina 30% pace 30% tech 30% striker

They would probably end up as an army of clones without random ~10-20% of distribution, 10% stamina could factor for the lack of "unwanted" skill points going to out of position skills [like striker for def/mid] but the ATTs would probably still end up visibly overpowered compared to now.

- you define, when you pull them to senior.

So you would want people to effectively train their youths perfectly same way as in seniors up until 21 without wasting a training spot for them, that won't happen...

I also don't think that would be very fair since some are extremely lucky with YS and some would still have a bunch of useless players
