I do not change the subject but if I see post like yours I will never show you the skills so take it as suggestion . Putting all users under same flag is never 10 15 users do not make all users from that nation same. Guilt is always personal...

Happens everywhere… well thats what people wanted - there was an option to cancel injuries/training, people wanted to have them, so now people hide skills because they don’t want their players in NT because for them its only injury risk with 0 benefit.

Poland will play at World Cup with 5-6 first 11 players that have hidden skills and I have no idea how they look like. More top PL players with hidden skills as well. Non-PL owners who ignore every sk-mail.

blame yourself that you didn't stay with german NT ;)

faster healing is a myth I guess, and in senior NTs most players don't get training anymore, and if they do, they have already 100% from 2 league matches. That's what borkos means, probably.

u21 NT training can be useful, but lets be honest - most players get to NT a 21yo and you have to train them all on your own between 16-21.

And when the hard work is done and the player is no longer a liability in senior team, the player starts playing for u21 :P

Gaudin update skills when I ask him, and say how his player would be used in U21 match. He is actually one of good guys! ;) I don't need to ask anymore when I know we don't have any better...
But I must agree, in over 4 seasons: one hidden player was from another country, all others - Poland. Sometimes is player not even one of best, or is 18-19yo and have hidden skills... :/

yep, with the extra match, trainings can be managed easily and there is no point on having injuries if there is no benefit for NT.
Altough my position would be to reduce the injuries in NT games (max 5 days??) and provide a different real benefit.

maybe help on % of salary? maybe that way it might help a little bit on improve seniors market? Not sure but just thinking...

Improve fans mood as they see team succesfull in developing future stars.... but ofc not big if the first team fail expectations big

I have best mid/winger with tragic form.. after first club title he only drop in form.. (is it one season wonderkid :"D ) i have him since he join team from ys with 16y , now he is 23 and last season 1.5 season only droping in form.. I dont know what to do with form :(

My idea On fan mood it could even be big impact but getting them negative if the club sells before age 26, to also enhance the more ideal management instead of bank manager

I like the increase in exp and the mood.

I wouldnt touch the form here and also not punish any team if selling... Selling is part of management andd there there is already some taxation curve

But if you only give positive mood for u21 and free to fast trade, then farmers would be advantaged, so for mood to be effected you have to have the players become seniors in the club aswell.... otherwise only better performance (form, xp etc) is duable imo

to make one thing clear, I´ve meant no bad things to polish devepolers or administration !
P.S. I don´t want to end like releme :)
