sure.

Those are my 4 last weeks draws :

Marin Mousset 18 2 (unsatisfactory) outfield
Elie Manceau 18 2 (unsatisfactory)

Pierre-Alexandre Binet 18 3 (poor)
Bérenger Belver 18 5 (average)
Jean-Philippe Lechantre 18 2 (unsatisfactory)
Hassan Cheuva 17 4 (weak)
Jérome Claude 18 1 (hopeless) gk
Wissam Cheron 17 2 (unsatisfactory)

Julien Canu 18 6 (adequate)
Bertrand Gonnet 18 6 (adequate)

Ken Koczur 18 4 (weak)
Yvan Letellier 18 7 (good)

In pure random, 12 draws in a row, probability to not having any 16y is (2/3)^12, around 0,6% chances.
In one hand, it's possibly my very bad luck, in other hand, it's not pure random.
2025-05-31 12:29:20
Tibor Krobián 16 poor [3] outfield 30

not that it would matter, he will be 17 in a few weeks.
And there were surely no changes.

I got 4 16yo this week, fired them all.

I have one 16yo currently on level 8 and popping fast... Hopefully my first divine junior in almost 20 years.

For me, the academy system is working as intended: in a random way, as it should.

Ok. Well 0,6% chances in pure random its disconcerting.

Btw, I just wanna know what’s the focus right now on the game? What are developers aiming for? Still aesthetic changes??

What is more disappointing to me is how the same people seem to get 'random' luck season in and out.

This youth school experiment has been an epic disappointment so I closed it up. Now, at least when the same people get rich every couple seasons I can just roll my eyes at "random" and not be angry that my own school produced zero profits.
2025-06-01 09:41:01
IMHO you can get rich from YS only if you train players yourself!

This is what I got:

16y, week 10

3 1
6 2
3 2
5 4

Now he is:

21y

formidable [11] stamina hopeless [1] keeper
unearthly [16] pace good [7] defender
incredible [13] technique good [7] playmaker
excellent [10] passing outstanding [12] striker

If I can make better chance for my country to get few more players in NT database, I'll take it! And certainly I am not angry if someone else gets decent junior! I'm patiently waiting my chances and planing training!

Globally (all clubs), looking at statistics, It s obvious that it s pure randomness. Typically, median draw is a poor draw, and very good / bad draws have very low probabilities. So far, it's not going to surprise anyone without even the need for statistics.

But individually, I found strange very low probabilities in a sort of a cycle : very lucky to very unlucky. Which is not —statistically speaking — normal.

I think it is highly unlikely that anyone who keeps junior school for a long term would be in red numbers.
Total expenses for junior school with 20 places and magical coach per 10 seasons are around 8M euro, which is ridiculously low

sumskill 24 for 16yo is amazing, must have good talent. You would sell him for a lot even if you would put him on TL right away.
2025-06-01 16:19:36
lol
2025-06-01 16:20:19
He was worth between 750k and 3M back then, and now 10M+. That was my point...

I find it very unlikely to believe he had 5 random pops in def, pm and passing and for passing even to have 5 random pops from average to excellent in only 5 seasons...
His talent is about the best you can get then, so if he had a talent screen, surely he would be worth at least 6 to 7M...
Count another 1M for each season of training and you come out with 12M today, so it's break even. Off course, those guys are the most fun to train so it's pretty normal to keep him imo...

His talent estimation was 4.67... I know what I was talking about. ;)

It was 6 6 7 8 8 7 7, and when looked at Skillsum I knew it must be a bulls**t! :)
