Well you could.... but to give shit about fans and attendance and dont lose a dime on old players while is probably more effective... to me surfing at mid or bottom of top league with losing on players you dont train or having many you just maintain value on (21 to 26 yo trainees) doesnt make more sense if I could do it faster with only u21 team in low league. More realistic compared to real life yes, how it should be more efficient, but not how it is....and once again to Come to My conclusion, training vs competite balance is too much leaned to all profit being in training, while they should try make it more even or/and mix of making training more easy to do efficient while competing.
The fact that many choose training over result clearly shows its wrong programmed.

yeah probably you are right... but there are some teams that manage to compete and train for years, maybe not winning cc´s but winning a lot of leagues or fighting for them, at least in Argentina there are 4 or 5 of those...
Yeah, you're right. (19:00 post).
Borkos: Main difference between now and 2 years ago is before, there used to be just two teams, Atlantic and Vegas. everyone else was in the 58-63 range. Now, however...most teams are 65+ when playing full teams, and quite a few hit 68+. This wasn't even the case, even last season.
But ultimately Adaca's right. Once your kids get beat out of the Cup, you're basically forced to choose optimal training (95%+) or results and inferior training (85%).

agree on that
agree on that
Economy is worst than before
Before you could train a player until 26 yo and make goood money. Be or at least use that player in order to be competitive
nowdays training beyond 23 yo is not the optimal for you economy. This is the vision of be competitive for couple of seasons and then go farming
also they have downgraded all players. For me it is great a game without 5x divines or similar. But they downgraded all players, not only the irreal ones.

Adaca is talking about a different thing, Im talking about creating one generation to win titles, easy to do starting with ten 16yos. At age 22+ they will already be at similar level to your older players, then with every season it’s easier to use them, at 25 they will already be easily your first teamers and you will get around 8 strong seasons out of them.
Problem is most people don’t invest in youngsters and overpay for 20+ players / pay millions for average 25-28yo players. This way the peak is much worse than after investing into youths.
What adaca is talking about (I think) is keeping a high level team for many seasons while training next generation etc. Quite a different thing, demanding higher starting budget and dependent on country.

well yes, but also that a lot more countries then just 5 best ones, it isnt just like that to win titles like you say...
in england and denmark, neither of which are considered top 25 nations.... players like wdp74 and me would kick your ass.... jezo, spin and others are example of players in small countries you cant just get past like that in small countries.... and many top 25 nations have bigger competition then i think you estitame... many leagues you cant use average mark to conclude the full picture, cause many train youngsters in some matches and that lowers rating..... but yes, you cant play like that in polska 2. division..... so some of your picture is true
but in both small countries and big.... i would advice new managers or managers with total club value less then 40-50 m eu (players value on TL + cash) to do some seasons of gathering resources first, before they try build a team..... in length it would make them much stronger

I think you might underestimate how Polish other division work, these are 3rd divisions, average season ratings:
III.04
74.9 wygra_sedzia
71.1 FC Sianowie
Wściekłe Pięści Węża
70.1 RPL Devils
69.4 503 Service Unavailable
69.0 KS Zapylacz
68.8 Gremkowce FC
68.7 Centrostrzał Radom
68.6 Lzs Bobrowo 77
67.5 ASRIM Iskrzynia
65.6 Sasana
65.2 Fc_Dys
III.01
74.9 WHITE TIGERS CF
72.2 BALENCIAGA
69.9 Fc ukradli mi krowę
69.5 FC EMPAT
69.1 Słowian Lublin
68.9 FC Zawodowi Amatorzy
65.7 Pachnące Skunksy
64.7 MKS Pieczewo Olsztyn
Pieruny w szopie!
64.5 Arsenal Ryki
64.2 Victoria Świebodzin
63.9 klawy_team
And so on, and yes many of those teams either lower ratings by training youngsters or are using players that are still young/before peak
anyway that's hardly connected to my point
of course nothing will guarantee the trophies, it's logical, if 2 teams at the same time follow what I write both of them won't become the champions, that's obvious... same if they have to compete with a rich old team etc., then there is no guarantee
but it's a far better way to improve than what most teams to + gives a chance for trophies / guarantees one in many leagues + it doesn't require grinding money with training/trading for many seasons

I wasnt saying anything about poland was easy. Just that there Are more tough nations then 5.
Ill grind however if I was new team for some amount of time... not saying it has to take ages if you dont have universe conqueror ambitions.... and you Also say they have to find 10 decent 3.5 talents. That wont happen overnight. Neither the finances to support two coaches there can make sure one can handle all you train that week at individuel level 16 and other as junior coach who has 16 in individual skills the other miss and 3x13+ assistants.... and older teams who restructure can get better new talents with the money from sales of the old players that would make them strong enough to surf around without really competitive status, and then be stronger later
Those were my two advices regarding grinding/farming over semi competitive state
But your train 10=7 mid 3 att, i use to advice train 5 mid and 2 att thats the best possible instead 10, then grind with last 3 places
.... cause when you train your from scratch players from age 21 to 25-26 you dont get better price on them most the time/very little difference... if you instead just grind on some spots, you can invest more in the 7 per piece then you could on 10 per piece, and earn more over time on the 3 grind spots
But there is ofc big difference what your ambitions are and how long time you want to wait

Yeah, the difference between Polish II and III leagues are very small. It's just a matter of getting there.
II.1 is average mark is 71.6 (I took out the two rebuild teams)
II.2 is 70.2
II.3 is 67.9
III.1 is 67.6
III.2 is 67.5
III.3 is 67 (removed one rebuild team)
III.4 is 69.1
(stopped here)
With the caveat that team score is not a direct correlation in team strength/quality, The truth is that it gets increasingly difficult to push your team past a certain point (let's say 65 for a starting point, and 70-71 is where it really ramps up).
Now compare this with say USA ML (smaller population country). USA ML today has 4 teams that could conceivably compete in Polish II/III leagues now. Dinamo could too if he really wanted to, he could buy his way up to 70 rating he's just mid-rebuild.
ML is really strange this season. Look at the gap between 7th and 8th haha

In Moldova we have right now abot seven teams with rating 70+.
And like 3-4 of them are 75+.
Still, al of us train hard moldavian youngsters and try to make Moldova NT better!

That's a great initiative. Hope we can do the same in Paraguay
II.03 have now 2 removed teams :P
