What is the effect of assisants on training?

If I have a general coach with tragic [0] defender and I had no assistants, the defender training would be 0%. Would it still be 0% having assistants?

Yes, cause the assistants only ''aid'' the head coach.
You must see it as extra intensity
So they raise the % of the training, but if your core skill is already 0, then raising % will still stay 0

Just take it easy and don't overheat your brain by trying to understand that :-)

That would depend if it’s additive or a multiplier as to if it stays 0%. You’re also assuming here that all level 0 skills are 0% they might not be and probably aren’t. Especially when we know coach skills aren’t integers. So 0 is likely 0.x which would mean having assistants is still better then no assistants but you’d hardly notice it.

Tragic is definitely not 0%.
More like 50%.
My main coach is [2] in striker and it works +- at around 50%

Players don't jump in Sokker, you are confusing with Horse Simulator.
But if you need advice on how to become a better horse, well just email me (very privately please).

Hello, I don't know if there are more players in my situation, I have 7 of the 11 players from the initial 11 affected... 2 per game were injured until we reached 6 players and one was added with a red card. The minor injury was 8 days, of which they have only reduced 3 in 6 days. The other players injured 19 days or more and also take a while to reduce days, being young players. Is not normal, ¿7 players of 11?
