They were talented before the reform...or maybe talented before 25 yo and after that, their progress went into the bin.....

Poey para spin
You are right.

You mentioned young players who need 5 trainings to 3 technique. That’s not a change in game, that’s just bad talent. I had 24yo getting to magical after less than 5 full trainings.

And how do you compare a 25yo that „had talent before”? 25yo players are already „new system”… and as I’ve said I trained some at that age and I don’t see a difference, maybe you just don’t remember how long it took before to improve at 27-28yo. It always took a lot of trainings.

it is even worse than that. Want to swap players around in the formation? that's just as wonky. it's so wack that I had to leave myself instructions in my old B league forum here:

In the last 2 seasons, I probably sold 4-5 players after 8-9 seasons of training....they were pretty talented , otherwise I would have never kept them for so long, and when they introduced the new training system , their progress slowed a lot....maybe younger players get more pops but they balanced with slowing down talent after 25....in 14 years of training , I've never had 14-15 weeks to divine pace at 26-27 yo...this is more than a season of training...
Its almost not worth to buy and train players 26 or older...

Henry Cossey, age: 26
club: Spin Of Terrible Winds, country: New Zealand
value : 7 649 000 lei
wage: 112 300 lei
superdivine [18] form
divine [17] tactical discipline
height: 164 cm, weight: 61.9 kg, BMI: 23.01

formidable [11] stamina hopeless [1] keeper
divine [17] pace divine [17] defender
incredible [13] technique good [7] playmaker
excellent [10] passing solid [8] striker

14 weeks to divine pace....you can't look like this and have this talent in the same time....he also has 5 trainings and about 20 weeks of gt at defending....I would not be surprised if he needs another 7-8 weeks to superdivine defender
I've only had him for 3 seasons , when he was 23, his pace was 11 and he popped at every 4-5 weeks....after he hit 25, its almost like his talent slowed down with 50%

This one the same:
Russell Hawksbey, age: 28
club: AC TurboTurbine, country: New Zealand
value : 7 680 000 lei
wage: 144 200 lei
brilliant [14] form
unearthly [16] tactical discipline
height: 174 cm, weight: 72.3 kg, BMI: 23.88

Superb talent at 21-22, took him ages to reach 17+ pace and defender, about a season for each skill I would say...

This is my argument that we will never see a 5x17 again, they can grow like crazy but after 25, they would be lucky to get 3 more pops at higher skills

I dont agree with you. About that statement i would say Its not worth to buy and train players 26 or older...

Before you used to train 25yo+ and you had small earnings. Now it is losing your training, time and money.

I experienced something with a NT player, basically he received around 5 weeks of trining more than expected and he didnt pop up. I just got tired and sold him.
I used to train players for the senior NT. Now it is impossible to half recover your money after the training cycle

Actually I am glad with that, but they were rare players. Now everything is downgraded, not only the sups

I train 24+ players and I have no such problems. And Cossey looks very average to me so I don’t see why he „has to” have a good talent according to you.

After 27 players always trained very slowly. That’s nothing new.

About a 5x divine player so really top talent, training accumulated from 26-28… from year 2017 so before changes

„ Ortwin [del] do Adam
Pace: 10+11GT
Pass: 4+37GT
Pm: 8+14GT

I hope he could make it on pass and pm. Pace probably not, but he could be close to 18. Tech and def definitely not.”

So top talent without pop after ~11 trainings in pace and ~9 trainings in playmaker

mauser para Mikoos
There was a training slowdown for about a season after the reform, but then it was reverted

i was sure that slower training for high skills is still in the game. am I wrong?

14 weeks to divine pace sounds pretty terrible to me at his age...I remember I had talent 8 in the past at the same skill...
He has chances to become 2x17+ , with decent sideskills , I wouldnt say he is pretty average...he could probably play at NT for 80 countries out of 98...
What I was trying to say is he had a good evolution of skills until last season , until he turned 25....

I can only go back to 24 and 5/13 , thats probably when I renewed my plus....
I am not saying he has the best talent in sokker , but it was pretty good until he reached higher skills or he got to 25...
Until I see it in my training , nobody can convince me they didnt slow down the training for older players or higher skills...
