how its possible to have 4 of 10 youngsters which i training , injured in same time?One of them was injured before, play a NC match after injured again for 21 days.

Well you're asking for those injuries...
You are playing a friendly using a weird tactic against a normal tactic opponent who is on low level... the player you injured twice had 30% and 33% activity in the game, which is ridiculous, you could play a normal tactic and you'd have less chance of getting him injured
In safe tactics the trainee should get 0%-3% in best scenario, that's the whole point of safe tactics... what's the point of your tactics in friendlies I have no idea...

yes,, but why in my last oficial match i had 3 injuries ?and the players that in nC just return from injury and injured again...

Hi. One more question about juniors. Are pulled juniors levels allways inbetween potential that was determined by coach at the beginning?
For example: 9 (very good) - 11 (formidable)
Will this junior be allways 9 or 10 or 11, or it may happen that he could be 8 or 12 when pulled?

No, it's just an estimation for an average talent, so it doesn't tell almost anything about the player
It's best (imo) to divine the number of weeks by 3 and add that number to starting level, that will show you BEST possible scenario with talent ~3.0, that's how I decide whether it makes sense to give a player a chance (remember that his starting level can move even -3/+3 after first training...)

Anyone have a cost estimate or the odds of pulling an unearthly (16) trainer? I have 5 x 15 coaches, is going for a 16 coach worth it?
