What happens to those of us who lost money because we had a player for sale in the middle of the game's decline?

Nothing happens, you lost money. They never do anything with that.
Not really, well - exactly the opposite... with higher prices more money would leave the game due to taxes
They just screwed some users and made other users get players under their market value

I hope that all the player exchanges from the down period will be eliminated.
I sold two players at ridiculous prices because it was impossible to connect. a significant economic problem that distorts the game

It really sucks when these things happen, the game almost completely crashes. Because some users end up being harmed and others benefiting. Players have practically given away.

M 16 year.old player was sold for (free).... I am in minus (bankrot) and i needed money. But your servers didnn't work.
It means you might loose your linguist for CZ... Really not fair.

I don't think your player was under value.. besides that I think your player sold out when server was already working.
I think many people are just complaining because game crushed at that time but I was on TL buying an competing a lot with other users. Transfer page from cell phone did work.
To say it was ridiculous price there should be a market comparisson I didn't saw ridiculous prices. I saw very high prices indeed

You must be kidding? You can not say "transfer page did work" without kidding...
In THIS exact case he is correct, the Czech player was sold today, the servers were fixed at ~23:00 yesterday...
It was a 16yo who looked like this:
2 3
2 2
2
so he went for a normal price... even for more than other similar players this week

my thoughts exactly
if someone wanted to bid they could, Sokker worked a little slower but was still working
and every player I bid at that time or was interested in went off from TL overpriced

No, it shouldn't be presented as "it worked slower but it was possible".
It was terrible, the site barely worked, you had to open every player XX times & refresh them to even see the possibility to make a bid for the player
The "bidding centre"/transfers page worked better but it was still terrible, when you clicked "bid" it took 10-40 seconds to make the bid, some of the players were sold even though I clicked "bid" 30+ seconds before end of auction.
It wasn't "a little slower", it was barely working, in the beginning I had problems even with logging in.
And we're not talking about the perspective of "if someone really wanted to buy...", we're talking about the perspective of "if someone wanted to sell in normal conditions with people being able to bid without issues".

Well, I used transfer page and it sometimes took me 30s to made a successful bit - that's a little slower for me.
It's the same perspective. If you can bid and you see many bidders outbidding each other then the price will be "normal" and that was the case yesterday. I saw it, I experienced it, and I had only phone and phone network at my disposal so not a good configuration. I simply dont think there would be any significant difference in final prices if the game would work flawlessly then.
