As you asked, i had on todays game Goalkeeper as penalty taker, game went completely crazy, i wasnt able to win with 2 players extra on the field and two penalties for me (both missed)... but you can check the game lol :)

If a player plays 90 minutes friendly match, how many minutes he needs to play in an official match to get to 96% training efficiency?

90min friendly + 22 minutes league, for 96% of advanced training
Only friendly is 85, every 2 minutes of league game is +1%. But up to 96% limit, later it takes more.
I always make sub at 65min, its then 25min of play but i like to be on a safe side, you dont know when the ball goes out.

if player very very close to jump on some skill, does he play like he doesnt have any training ? or a little bit better and after he jump we cant see much diff?

He plays accordingly to his skill with decimal values included

Ok I've understood how to change formations with the new system, which is really unhandy at all.....
Please restore the old way of changing line-up.
