I'll still be training midfielders and defenders.
But some of these defenders will play with an ATT order in the defense and some of my midfielders will play with DEF order on the winger position and ATT on defmid position.
My midfielders and defenders aren't super compatible, they have different needs.
So I can train them on different skills at the same time, but I'll have a weird placement/positioning for the orders.

Just in case one more time. Starting from new week I can train several skills (10 players max) at the same time? If I choose, then gk will be trained in keeper, striker gets tech etv??? Am i right or completely wrong?
U're partially right and partially wrong as well :)
train 10 players max - YES
several skills - you cant train maximum 4 skills at once, or same skill for all formations :) so 1-4 skills at same time.

you can train 1 skill per lane (GK, DEF, MED and ATA)
GK: Keeper
DEF: Defending
MED:Playmaking
ATA: Striker
GK: Keeper
DEF: Defending
MED:Playmaking
ATA: Striker

For example (4 skills):
GK: goalkeeping
DEF: defence
MID: passing
ATT: shooting
(1 skill):
GK: pace
DEF: pace
MID: pace
ATT: pace

DEF: defence
MID: passing

GK: pace
DEF: pace
MID: pace
ATT: pace
yes, but still, up to 4 with max effectiveness

also, side note, if I correctly understand what Raul was saying, that it will be impossible to train
gk - defending
def - defending
mid - defending
att - defending
because defending is going to be exclusive for def, same goes for goalkeeping (gk), playmaker (mid), striker (att)

skills on the left can be trained in any order, skills on the right in specific order
GK: Stamina, Passing, Technique, Pase, and Keeper
DEF: Stamina, Passing, Technique, Pase, and Defending
MED:Stamina, Passing, Technique, Pase, and Playmaking
ATA: Stamina, Passing, Technique, Pase, and Striker
GK: Stamina, Passing, Technique, Pase, and Keeper
DEF: Stamina, Passing, Technique, Pase, and Defending
MED:Stamina, Passing, Technique, Pase, and Playmaking
ATA: Stamina, Passing, Technique, Pase, and Striker
It does seem logical and everything
Problem is midfielders also need defender, while defenders need playmaker (rest like pm for striker are extravagancies)
Of course it's not really a big problem to train midfielder with DEF...unless you play with 5 defenders, then you have to use one or more with MID order
It's also much more problematic to train defenders in playmaker - fielding 5 defenders with MID order...my god
Honestly don't like the way training orders impact the tactics and game itself...

more problematic than what? than how it is now (the same) or than training defender for midfielders?
the perfect solution would be if match orders would have been kind of separated from training so user could set proper match orders for every game without jeopardizing the match by setting MID order to e.g. half of his defence line
but I also agree that training should not be too easy to set up and it should influence matches in some way so users would use experience+youth more often in official games
and it's not that easy to combine one with the other

Let all players gain minutes for training regardless of their match order, but solely for their training selection!
This way, you can place max 3 keepers, max 10 defs, max 10 mids and max 9 strikers for a specific training and then, additional, you give 10 players 50% bonus for training thanks to the training spots.
Players without training spot will only receive 9% training (1% for each 10 minutes played) for each full match they play
Players with training spot receive 27% for a full friendly match (3% for each 10 minutes played) and 45% for a full official match (5% for each 10 minutes played)
Then, for NT / U21 matches... NO training, only exp boost, separate cards and injury system

more problematic than what? than how it is now (the same) or than training defender for midfielders?
both actually
although I meant the latter, training playmaker among defenders is more problematic than training defending to midfielders (*)
using DEF setting with MID is actually not that big of a problem unless he plays as winger, then it sucks
as CM...meh, I could live with it
problem is when you train PM to defenders, and let's say you train 5 defs in PM...
you have to play 5-x-x with five defenders with MID order
= all mids have to play with def or att order
= including winger
defenders with MID order at top level will be a nightmare, especially centre backs
they will constantly try to dribble the strikers
the order also influences the likeness the player receives a pass...players look first for ATT then MID then DEF
side defenders with MID order = getting passes all the time
midfielders/winger with DEF order = getting ignored more often
I played with my left/right back with MID order last 2 seasons so believe me it's ridiculous in practice...can't imagine playing like that at top level
(*) unless you train defending to 5 midfielders, then it's the same story - 5x MID defenders, 5x DEF midfielders etc.
