He is worth almost nothing now. Without advanced training he won’t ever reach decent value. He will probably need ~5 formations trainings for his next pop so almost half a season. And that is with decent talent

Only thing i train formation training to is My young second gk... then he also gets training when real talents injured

Formation training is useless

thats my strategy also, if someone injured he will play with advanced training.. i dont mind if he cant be u21 player.. i will sell him if someone wants him after I test him in next few weeks :D

Could anyone tell me how to estimate exit level of junior based on his sumskill? thanks
2024-05-31 12:23:12
Divide by 3.2
2024-05-31 12:27:35
highest possible sumskill ∼60
highest possible level =18

60 / 18 = ∼3.33

fomula: ss / 3.33 = ∼level
2024-05-31 14:31:05
but what about the impact of stamina and keeper skills in the distribution?

@adaca: I summed all 8skills and divided it by 3.2, but the estimated exit level is way too high considering how long was the junior in the youth school

I just heard 3.2 back in the days when they made data on old school.... they can enter as level 7.2

1. Estimation is always only an estimation

2. In your case, estimation is at very low level, because your junuiors do not play junior league games

Rules: "the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you."

3. It's all about subskills level.

junior 1 may be
5.8 0.8
5.8 5.8
5.8 5.8
5.8 5.8

junior 2 may be
5.0 0.0
5.0 5.0
5.0 5.0
5.0 5.0

but both will appear as juniors with sumskill 35 (in sokker skills are always rounded down), while the first one is actually 41.4

Here's my divine junior. The 1st ever belgian pulled divine junior:

Wout Evrard, age: 18
value: 201 000 €, wage: 2 400 €
club: Club Brugge K.V, country: België
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

average stamina, weak keeper
good pace, excellent defender
good technique, good playmaker
excellent passing, very good striker

ss 59
if you divide by 3.2 it will make junior level 18.44 which is impossible, as maximum skill is limited to 18.00.

another on on page 8:

I believe it not 100% linear

What is not linear?

Interesting.

So in those cases a divine junior should stop training? Those beautiful ages.....

Would be nice to have in hand the weekly development in jr school

So in those cases a divine junior should stop training?

Of course not.
All I want to say that dividing by 3.2 does not seem accurate.

Would be nice to have in hand the weekly development in jr school

it's not needed

max entry level 7.2
max final level 18.00
max weeks at school 33 (or they recently changed it to 34?)

18-7.2=10.8
33/10.8=3.05

And of course that 3.05 is achievable only with the best possible youth coach.
That proofs it is almost impossible to reach 18.00, so junior contuinues his traning until the last week.

I use the 3.2 factor. But with these +/- 2 jumps in jr level.... everything is possible

I had a talent 4,5 with lvl 9 coach in the beggining under old junior school... maybe that can guide you a little

So as The_Ripper wrote

Max coach level is 16,2:, so it could be like this if we assume it's linear:
16,2 - 3,0 max
15,2 - 3,2 max
14,2 - 3,4 max
13.2 - 3,6 max
12.2 - 3,8 max
11.2 - 4,0 max
10.2 - 4,2 max
9.2 - 4,4 max

maybe that can guide you a little :)
