It's supposed to help users connect more easily with each other... but it's kind of hidden now, so it's not really useful anymore.

In the old Club Page you were able see your Friends directly, under "Manager Pacts" (this is mine).

What happens if I won the bid of a trainer in TL. But I regret the amount I offer so I never press sign contract. What happens eventually?

I was not promoting the player, I would have copy pasted his skills. I tried to ask many people and apparently no one knows where to post that sort of player? The 20 and 21 year olds
