In anticipation of the start of the World Cup, which will take place in 4 days, I interviewed the managers of the national teams participating in the tournament. Feel free to read.


Scotland / Manager: Antoś
1. What is your name, how old are you, how long have you been playing sokker?
My name is Mateusz, I have been playing sokker since 2007.

2. Minimum plan for your national team at the World Cup?
I am not the favourite in my group, so I will treat every match I win as a success.

3. Enter the first four of the World Championships, in order from 1st place to 4th place.
1. Poland
2. Brasil
3. Italia
4. Romania

4. What kind of representation would you like to lead in the future, in addition to the one you are currently running?
I have a few in mind, haven't thought about it yet. I am concentrating on working in Scotland for the time being.

5. Would you like something to change in sokker to make it easier, more accurate to lead the national team?
I'll probably be predictable, but access to a player's skills is something that should have been a long time ago.

6. Who do you think will surprise us at the championships? Tournament Surprise?
Panama, the coach of this team has a lot of experience.

7. Who do you think will disappoint at the World Cup?
I have no idea who can go wrong, probably the weakest team at the World Cup - like Scotland for example.

1. Hello all my name is Svetlozar I'm 47 years old I started sokker before 13years.
I live in Montreal and I work as a programmer.

2. Minimum plan for your national team at the World Cup?
2. Target for Tzech community is always the gold but reality is bit different so my minimal goal is to pass the group stage and then we will see... I'm in same group with Bulgaria and I was avoiding such game for long time in my NT career :)

4. What kind of representation would you like to lead in the future, in addition to the one you are currently running?
4. In my NT carrier I led Tzech , Bulgaria , Scotland and Canada and if any of these communities wants my help I will be always glad to return.

5. Would you like something to change in sokker to make it easier, more accurate to lead the national team?
5. Devs think NT part is not important. My opinion sokker can successfully grown if development is focused around NT. I can't wait for the integration of internal NTDB.

6. Who do you think will surprise us at the championships? Tournament Surprise?
6. Scotland

7. Who do you think will disappoint at the World Cup?
7. Tzech Republic or Romania

1. What is your name, how old are you, how long have you been playing sokker?
1. My name is Rafal. I am 29 years old. I play sokker since 2009.

2. Minimum plan for your national team at the World Cup?
2. I recently won the world championship bronze cup. I always measure high, so my goal is to at least repeat this result.

3. Enter the first four of the World Championships, in order from 1st place to 4th place.
3. I don't know. I haven't looked at individual opponents and I haven't followed the qualifying matches. I took over the national team this season, I focus my attention on group opponents. If we manage to advance, I will focus on the other teams that will remain in the tournament.

4. What kind of representation would you like to lead in the future, in addition to the one you are currently running?
4. I don't think about it. I focus my attention on the Hungarian national team.

5. Would you like something to change in sokker to make it easier, more accurate to lead the national team?
5. Database of all players, available to the selector.

6. Who do you think will surprise us at the championships? Tournament Surprise?
6. I so hope it will be me :P. I have that element of surprise. I didn't play in the elimination season.

7. Who do you think will disappoint at the World Cup?
7. I haven't looked at the individual teams, so I won't answer that question. I only know the group opponents.

France / Manager: juytt

1. What is your name, how old are you, how long have you been playing sokker?
1. My name is juytt I play since 2009

2. Minimum plan for your national team at the World Cup?
2. The minimal goal is always to do our best for the next step.

3. Enter the first four of the World Championships, in order from 1st place to 4th place.
3. I'm not really speculating, many teams can win and create a surprise with some luck and well thought strategies.

4. What kind of representation would you like to lead in the future, in addition to the one you are currently running?
4. No idea, I'm still focused on what I'm doing right now.

5. Would you like something to change in sokker to make it easier, more accurate to lead the national team?
5. Allowing the visibility of skills. A large majority of NT coaches (or not) have been asking this for a long time.

6. Who do you think will surprise us at the championships? Tournament Surprise?
6. As I said everything is possible, the most surprising thing is that no surprise happens at all. Who ? I won't say anything, otherwise it's no longer a surprise.

7. Who do you think will disappoint at the World Cup?
7. when you get eliminated it's always a big blow to your motivation :-) The hard thing is to keep motivated when sokker communities are getting smaller and smaller… :-/

Deutschland / Manager: osci_oscbourne

1. What is your name, how old are you, how long have you been playing sokker?
1. Hi there. My name is Sascha, I´m 48 years old and I have been playing sokker since 2005. I quit my first team in the same year because I had to concede a goal in the last minute (what eliminated me from the national cup)^^ I startet with my current team again in 2006.

2. Minimum plan for your national team at the World Cup?
2.Of course we want to and will become World-Champion. A bit more realistic NT probably would suggest we will be happy if we can reach the quaterfinals or the semis

3. Enter the first four of the World Championships, in order from 1st place to 4th place.
3.Poland of course has the best chances - by far. Maybe we´ll see them in the final vs. Magyarország. The semis could be completed by Bulgaria and Brasil.

4. What kind of representation would you like to lead in the future, in addition to the one you are currently running?
4. I´m pretty sure I will never apply elsewhere.

5. Would you like something to change in sokker to make it easier, more accurate to lead the national team?
5. Of course a NT needs access to all skills of "his" players. Also the owners of those players need some kind of bonus. Either the NT-matches should work similar to arcades (so the players can´t get injured) or sokker pays their wage (or a part of it), if they play for their NT.

6. Who do you think will surprise us at the championships? Tournament Surprise?
6. As mentioned above, I think Magyarország is much stronger than the poll says.

7. Who do you think will disappoint at the World Cup?
7. I´m pretty sure the Italians will not survive their group.

1. What is your name, how old are you, how long have you been playing sokker?
1. my name is Giuseppe, I am 50 years old, I have been playing Sokker since 2005.

2. Minimum plan for your national team at the World Cup?
2. no predictions, we will play one game at a time.

3. Enter the first four of the World Championships, in order from 1st place to 4th place.
3. Polska, Italy, România, Česká republika.

4. What kind of representation would you like to lead in the future, in addition to the one you are currently running?
4. is a game, but I am very professional, for now I am 100% interested in Suomi, I feel like I was born in Suomi and I cheer Suomi. When I win I communicate it to my family and they often ask me: "What did Suomi do?" Maybe one day I will apply for NT Italy, but I am aware that it would really be a situation full of psychological pressure for me.

5. Would you like something to change in sokker to make it easier, more accurate to lead the national team?
5. As far as I know, DEVs have already thought about how to help national team coaches (in fact, knowing your players' skills would be the only useful thing).

6. Who do you think will surprise us at the championships? Tournament Surprise?
6. I believe that the top 10 NT teams have excellent chances of entering the historical squads, just a right match and an outsider would become a big one, strong players are certain, but the difference can be the most careful tactic.

7. Who do you think will disappoint at the World Cup?
7. without offending anyone, I already apologize in advance and I hope to be proved wrong on the pitch, but I think Bulgaria is a candidate for a setback.

1. What is your name, how old are you, how long have you been playing sokker?
1. My name is Roberto. I am 44 years old and I have been playing sokker since 12-09-2007

2. Minimum plan for your national team at the World Cup?
2. Obviously I am the world champion and I will try to win again :)

4. What kind of representation would you like to lead in the future, in addition to the one you are currently running?
4. Still do not know. (For sure to coach Italia In the past I have coached small NTs like Morocco and Hayastan, where I gained experience) Now Poland or Romania. Or have an experience with Spain, Germany or France for example

5. Would you like something to change in sokker to make it easier, more accurate to lead the national team?
5. Absolutely. I would like the skills of the players we summon to be visible again. Even once a month. Thus, we CT can update the DB or the files. Without having to send a lot of emails

6. Who do you think will surprise us at the championships? Tournament Surprise?
6. I hope no team in my group. :)
Generally Brazil or Switzerland or Scotland

1>My name is Tolis,12 years already in this nice game))

2. Minimum plan for your national team at the World Cup?
2>We dont have the best team for sure,not only at the WC,but Hellas also,
we have see better options in the past.
But still is a good team,we fear no one,and we want the cup!

3>So far we play with a lot of strong teams,i believe Poland is in the great form,
but at the game between us we lost unfair the match!
So Hellas - Poland - Italy - and Bulgaria as a nice run in Ranking (NT).

4. What kind of representation would you like to lead in the future, in addition to the one you are currently running?
4>It would be nice for me to find a biger community with more options at players,
that means more options to work with tacticks,but still its difficult to find that!

5. Would you like something to change in sokker to make it easier, more accurate to lead the national team?
5>Sokker was years in ice!and don't need new pages but work in that part
sokker was the best of all at browser soccer managment.
Live Viewer and strategic part,those two need to update to 2022,with more and better
moves in the field,better action,5 subs as the football is,and more and more and more....
Tactical options!as the football is!

6. Who do you think will surprise us at the championships? Tournament Surprise?
6. 6>We can't forecast that silly ME,everyone can do the surprise,
without a reason,just choosed from the ME!!
My favor NT except Hellas was always Suomi,i believe they have the coach and the
players to run this WC successful.

7. Who do you think will disappoint at the World Cup?
7>Hmm...i don't want to talk about,i just dont want to dissapoint
coaches and National teams,i see something but i keep it for me.

1. My name is like the greatest Caesar of all time, old like The Firien Wood, playing balls since Grimli was a lil boy;

2. no plan, but I'll stick with it;

3. for sure not the great ones. ME is playing tricks.

4. I always wanted to help Poland win the WC;

5. like every NT coach, to see skills for NT players. I have half of my team blind because of the wrestny Polish users;

6. 2 questions here? :P I don't even know/care who's competing this season, but Cuba is impressive, tbh;

1. My name is Maciej and I'm 29 years old. I play sokker almost 14 years (2008).

2. Minimum plan for your national team at the World Cup?
2. Gold medal!

3. Enter the first four of the World Championships, in order from 1st place to 4th place.
3. Difficult question.. 1. Poland, 2. Hungary, 3. Brasil, 4. Italy.

4. What kind of representation would you like to lead in the future, in addition to the one you are currently running?
4. Some teams form South America - Brasil, Argentina, Urugay and also Czech Republic and France.

5. NT coach should see players skills.

6. I don't know. Some small community. Maybe Panama or Mexico - they played very well on last WC.

2 - no limits... but I would be very happy if Israel will pass first stage

5 - yes, of course! Make visible skills of NT players!!! Even a more detailled match stats could be nice ;)

1. Helly my friend.My name is Dimitris.I am 42 years old.I am playing eleven years this game and i am a coach of Österreich.

2. Minimum plan for your national team at the World Cup?
2. On this verbal cup my team is in a difficult group with Poland, Italy and Mexico.I think that in this group Poland and Italia while Österreich. will play free without stress and whatever possitive result will come will be very nice
