Talking about NT, in WC season 60+ NT play only friendlies, which is very boring. and 16 teams play only 3 official games. NT needs more official tournaments

1. What are your expectations in the upcoming World Cup?
In the upcoming World Cup we will try to advance as much as possible, although the task is difficult. We had 2 top ten teams in the group, however, when we entered the field we were 11 against 11.
2. The biggest pros and cons of your representation are ?
The best thing that the SN of Chile has is the youth of its squad. It is a team that has a great future and I hope it continues to develop in a good way. Furthermore, it is my second season in charge of the SN, which makes me know the squad almost by heart. The cons are that sometimes we do not have a replacement of the same level when it comes to covering a substitution, injury or loss of form.
3. Name in turn which team you think will win the World Cup title, which team will win the World Cup silver medal, and which two teams will win the World Cup bronze medal.
I would like the world championship to come to South America and the Polish coach from Brazil is doing very well.

The biggest surprise of the World Cup will be Chile. We hope to play a great role in this cup. We have no pressure or demands and that allows us to play relaxed. Remember that we have the cat Silva according to Bonvallet's word.
5. On the subject of national teams, what would you like to convey to the owners of this game, and what would you change in this game to make it more attractive to new players.
Regarding the national teams, it would be good if coaches had some incentive to bring their players to the national team. Currently, the only benefit is that players take experience in official matches, however, national team players easily play 1 or 2 times a week on their team, they are national team players. Therefore, in official matches, players are exposed to injuries without any benefit. As a measure, the national teams could pay for the salary of those selected or a part of it (with a limit of players per team to avoid taking advantage).
Regarding game improvements, in my opinion it is necessary to review the training. It is almost impossible to train and be competitive in the highest leagues in each country. In the highest leagues you cannot train your own youth players, you cannot train your defense or creation forwards without harming their order and, therefore, their performance on the field of play. It is not possible for speed training to maintain the speed you had when you could train your entire team.

1. I think the minimum is the semifinals, although the appetite is for more :). For the last 6 editions of the World Championships, I took part in 5 and each time reached the semifinals. Successively with Switzerland, Hungary, Czech Republic and 2x with Poland. Also it would be good to sustain this. Especially since I think I worked well through the elimination season with Brazil. I even went back to old forgotten tactics, which I am very happy with. I think that if forms allow, I still have a few aces up my sleeve.
2. The biggest pros and cons of your representation are ?
2. I think the key will be the forms in the players. If they are at the World Cup, that's enough for me. Brazil has a well-balanced team. The only question is whether the best ones will play. In summary, the plus is the players' forms, the minus is the lack of forms in the players.

It's always at the World Cup that a team is born. I think tactics are one thing and engine favorability is another. Comparing my last season with Poland and the previous one with Brazil, it's impossible to explain. In Poland the game looked like someone had applied the brake to me, while in Brazil I played beautifully and effectively.
4. Which team do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the World Cup?
4. So far I have not analyzed the teams. I will only write based on the matches played last season. Taking into account all elimination and friendly matches. I was most impressed by Chile. They were the only ones who stood up and with one of my best tactics. They have a very good coach, so they could be the dark horse of the tournament :)

5. Remove injuries. If someone is not interested in the cadre, why should they lose players through injuries of playing in the cadre.

1. I hope to advance from the group. It’s a very hard and balanced group with two strong European teams (Spain and Croatia) and Bolivia who will certainly be difficult for us all. First game against Spain is very important, we need a good start for the competition. After the group phase, we take it game by game. Obviously I’m aiming for a medal, but it will be difficult with our limited squad.
2. The biggest pros and cons of your representation are ?
2. We have a very dedicated small community due to which we are doing better than we should based on the number of users we have. We have good players for all of the positions, but perhaps midfield is the weak link for us. He have good youngsters coming for attack and def but midfielders only a few. That’s why I’m forced to use some old lads who are already too weak in the next World Cup in two seasons.
3. Name in turn which team you think will win the World Cup title, which team will win the World Cup silver medal, and which two teams will win the World Cup bronze medal.
3. Polska is likely to win the gold. They have the best squad, so it’s up to Antoś to make good enough tactics. With just 5212 and a winger they won’t make it, but I bet there are other options in the back pocket when needed. For silver I put Italy. It’s absurd to have such a team on position 17 in the ranking. They’ll face each other in the group phase, and the Group B is insane, but I think Polska and Italy will qualify from there and go all the way to the final. For bronze medals I predict Romania and hopefully also Suomi.

4. If Italy reaches final as I predicted, them for sure. I also think Slovensko will be very hard to beat in this edition. And why not Finland..?!

5. The latter part of the question would take two A4 sheets and would lead nowhere so I’ll skip it for now. For us who live for NTs it is obvious that the owners don’t care about them. We got the skills visible for the NT coaches which was awesome, but everything else has made it more boring. When friendlies were changed to arcade games, it ruined the fun to play U25- etc. game to get more training for the young players. Plus nowadays with two league games they get the needed training anyway. The shorter season + limitation of training (only 10 players can be trained e.g. in pace) will hurt us small nations a lot in the future and I feel there will be less and less surprises in the future in NT level with the big teams dominating the tournaments. There would be a lot to improve, I’ll write my two A4 sheets when the developers ask me to (and promise me to do some changes). So I won’t start holding my breath just yet.

I realise we are in a very difficult group but I really want to get out of the group and be able to continue in more cups.
2. The biggest pros and cons of your representation are ?
On the bright side, I'm happy with my forwards.
The bad thing is unfortunately our defence. We have an ageing defence and it is getting weaker every week.
3. Name in turn which team you think will win the World Cup title, which team will win the World Cup silver medal, and which two teams will win the World Cup bronze medal.
I'm thinking Poland and Brazil for the finalists
I think that the national teams of Turkey and Romania will reach the semi-finals for the bronze medal.

1. We were drawn in one of the most difficult groups in the history of the World Championship so being able to qualify would be an excellent boost, hoping then to continue on a path that could take us to the semi-finals of the tournament.
It will be very difficult but we will put all our experience and determination into it, hoping for that pinch of good luck that was not our friend last season!
2. The biggest pros and cons of your representation are ?
2.The team has a good level of players but there is a lack of top players and, especially in midfield, we have a strong shortage of substitutes for the starting players!

1- I have good expectations, although our community is aware that we are far from the power teams of Sk, I think that with some luck in the pairing draw we could reach the podium.
2. The biggest pros and cons of your representation are ?
2- Regarding my representation, although I consider myself a good manager and I have a lot of experience in playing matches, I am trying to do comprehensive work in my country, in the long term, thinking a lot about youth teams, to grow as a team within of a time. We are making progress.

5- There are two issues that bother me the most and they are injuries and form. Both at national team and team level.
With so many games per week it is imperative that injuries do not last so long, players spend many games without playing with a simple injury. The period of injuries must be shortened.
On the other hand, the form, teams like Argentina, with almost no top players in the world, with few star players, the form punishes us a lot. We have few players and sometimes they are almost never used due to their form. It should be kept at higher levels for everyone. Some games can be lost due to poor form, but a player cannot remain in poor form for too long.
This greatly benefits the big teams where they have a lot of replacement.

5- There are two issues that bother me the most and they are injuries and form. Both at national team and team level.
With so many games per week it is imperative that injuries do not last so long, players spend many games without playing with a simple injury. The period of injuries must be shortened.
On the other hand, the form, teams like Argentina, with almost no top players in the world, with few star players, the form punishes us a lot. We have few players and sometimes they are almost never used due to their form. It should be kept at higher levels for everyone. Some games can be lost due to poor form, but a player cannot remain in poor form for too long.
This greatly benefits the big teams where they have a lot of replacement.

First of all, I want to get past the group stage and surpass my performance at the helm of Slovensko and reach the medals.
2. The biggest pros and cons of your representation are ?
Slovensko is not outstanding in any department, but it is and can be a competitive team, without stars.

The main favorite to win the world cup is Gaudin (Romania).
It will probably be a Latin final with Spain, so Spain will take 2nd place. And the bronze I hope will be Slovensko and the surprise of the competition, I think Turkey.

debería existir jugadore de 16 años y el mundial U21 debería ser U22 para recuperar el nivel perdido por la reducción de semanas
los equipos nuevos deberían iniciar con un estadio por lo menos de 20mill asientos y algo más de dinero

Good group attitude. It's hard to say what this means, because we have a really difficult group and any position above 4th place will be a success. Of course, somewhere in the background there is smoldering hope about the knockout stage.
2. The biggest pros and cons of your representation are ?
Ad.2.
The biggest advantage of the Montenegro team is undoubtedly the midfield line. Despite many players of advanced age, I have a good selection and players in form. The biggest disadvantage is the attack, where I have only one really top striker in form. So every injury and card means huge problems for us.
