my mistake is because of week number on making schedule.
i use tsolias schedule template that wrote start at week 2.
and this goes wrong. the new season u21 is start at week 3.
huhhhh.... so disappointed.
and sorry to iran. because of my mistake iran also get forfeit.

On page 14, achmid gave a schedule with dates:
17/01/23 - Final list of participating teams released including current world rank. Top 5 teams seeded.
17/01/23 - All teams except seeded teams placed in a single basket, random generator as seen in MWC performed and posted. Groups filled from top to bottom with exception of top seed
18-20/01/23 - Top seeds randomly assigned to groups from top to bottom via random generator as per MWC
22/01 - 25/01/23 Invitations by home teams sent out in group mode.
28/01/23 - First match of U21 Asian Cup.
17/01/23 - Final list of participating teams released including current world rank. Top 5 teams seeded.
