1. How would you rate your performance at the U21 World Cup ?
1- Our group was tough. Poland and Bulgaria were the favorites and Finland and the USA were the challengers. I couldn't beat Bulgaria, although the match was good. Thus, Finland was eliminated.
2. What are your impressions and what can you tell us about the U21 World Cup, what did you like or did something particularly bother you?
2- Good World Cup, that's all. It was a bit of a distraction when I won the qualifiers, but it didn't help in the draw.
3. Who do you think was the biggest surprise on the positive side at the U21 World Cup and who did you think disappointed?
3- Biggest surpice for we was Australia beat Türkiye 3:1 and Russia went to next stage. Austria and Switzerland were also good surprises. The biggest disappointments were Türkiye and Suomi of course.
4. What are your plans for the future , do you stay where you are and continue your work , or do you change your plans , if you want to change them , where do you want to work next season as a national team coach ?
4- I will of course continue with Suomi if I win the election.
5. Can you tell us about your national team that played at the U21 World Cup , strengths and weaknesses , stars of the team .
5- The weakness was the poor condition of the goalkeeper and the attack, as well as a small roster. The strength was in the defense, even if it didn't show in the results.

1. How would you rate your performance in the U21 World Cup?
1- Unfortunately, the 1st performance of the Norwegians was below my expectations, I should have scored at least 4 points in the group and I only managed 1, but that's what the game decided ;)
2. What are your impressions of the U21 World Cup and what can you tell us, what did you like or was there anything in particular that bothered you?
2- As a Pole, I am glad that 3 managers from Poland won medals in this edition ;)
3. Who do you think was the biggest positive surprise of the U21 World Cup and who do you think was disappointed?
3- The biggest surprise was the Swiss team, on the way to the semi-final they defeated subsequent rivals when no one was paying attention to them, and they almost beat Poland ;)
4. What are your plans for the future? Will you stay where you are and continue your work, or will you change your plans? If you want to change, where do you want to work as a national team coach next season?
4- I plan to become a coach of the Polish national team under 21 ;) for now I will leave Norway with the hope of returning to this wonderful place in some time ;)
5. Could you tell us about the strengths, weaknesses and stars of your national team competing in the U21 World Cup?
5- The Norwegian team was equal at the championship, with no stars, the collective played, but unfortunately it was not enough.

1- I rate the performance of the Česká republika U21 at the U21 World Cup quite well, we won a difficult group, but I am disappointed with the match in the 1/8 finals, because Croatia was within our reach, the match in the group showed that. In four matches we conceded only 1 goal, in this most important match.
2. What are your impressions and what can you tell us about the U21 World Cup, what did you like or did something particularly bother you?
2- The World Cup is very interesting, it provides a lot of emotions. Many coaches rotate tactics and this is very positive.
3. Who do you think was the biggest surprise on the positive side at the U21 World Cup and who did you think disappointed?
3- Switzerland and Austria were definitely positive surprises, winning the bronze medal. Australia and Russia also performed very well. Brazil and England were disappointing.

4- I would like to stay in the Česká republika U21 and achieve something more than the 1/8 finals in two seasons.

5- In four games, our opponents only scored one goal against us. This shows that we had a very good defense and a goalkeeper who was one of the best in the tournament. I think the midfield formation was the weakest in the team.

7- I'm rooting for Germanek, he's a great coach and I hope he wins the gold medal. He announced that this is his last season in Poland U21 and I hope he leaves as a winner. He won't have an easy task in the final, but Germanek likes to play under pressure.

1- İ was unlucky with injuries and forms, 3 match we played well but waste oportünities anyway our Gk did not save much. Our squad not good this season.
2. What are your impressions and what can you tell us about the U21 World Cup, what did you like or did something particularly bother you?
2- İt was nice WC with you, we did not have more players and injurying important players hurt us.
3. Who do you think was the biggest surprise on the positive side at the U21 World Cup and who did you think disappointed?
3- Australia ,Hrvatska and Osterreich get my point. Slovensko and Turkey was disappointed.
4. What are your plans for the future , do you stay where you are and continue your work , or do you change your plans , if you want to change them , where do you want to work next season as a national team coach ?
4- İ am waiting end of season. İ will try another U21 WORLD Cup, but dont decide where i will go.

1- I rate Switzerland's performance at the World Championships as sensational. We managed to achieve a result above our means and became one of the biggest sensations of these championships.
2. What are your impressions and what can you tell us about the U21 World Cup, what did you like or did something particularly bother you?
2- Championships are championships. I liked Switzerland's result and the bronze medal :P
3. Who do you think was the biggest surprise on the positive side at the U21 World Cup and who did you think disappointed?
3- Switzerland, Austria and Australia are definitely positive. The biggest disappointments are Brazil and Turkey

1- To play among best 8 Teams, it was great success! We came as outsiders and played some impressive matches. I'm satisfied!
2. What are your impressions and what can you tell us about the U21 World Cup, what did you like or did something particularly bother you?
2- It was nice to follow and read your interviews, it added something extra. World Cup was strong competition, as always, and even qualifying was difficult task. All U21 coaches invested lot of time to their tactics, so winning against more expirienced managers was something I liked a lot. I haven't had time to be bothered!
3. Who do you think was the biggest surprise on the positive side at the U21 World Cup and who did you think disappointed?
3- Austria and Australia were great, Schwitzerland too! As I said, even playing World Cup was great success, so there noone should be named as disappointment!
4. What are your plans for the future , do you stay where you are and continue your work , or do you change your plans , if you want to change them , where do you want to work next season as a national team coach ?
4- I need to think about it. At the moment I have problems to find enough time, but have few more weeks to make decision.
5. Can you tell us about your national team that played at the U21 World Cup , strengths and weaknesses , stars of the team.
5- It was well balanced team, but few key players got injured in final matches, few dropped in form, and we had problems from beginning with squad depth. We didn't had good substitution on keeper and midfield positions. New stars are Dunjić, Novković, Žakula and Miler!

2- Nothing in particular. I prefer this tournament to the full World Cup as it's far more competitive.

It was amazing tournament and I played against a lot of great managers and countries.
Maybe I will get chance to manage u21 in another country and also bring good result or medal :-) I can still be better.
