1. My name is Gabriel, I am a 29 years old Ecuadorian living in Mexico. I started playing sokker in 2010 when some highschool friends invited me. I have been in love with the game ever since. I work in banking, and I am very interested in football. I used to play pro in Ecuador and now I play in several amateur leagues in Monterrey.
2. how do you rate your group at the World Cup, who will advance from it ?
2. In terms of our group, I really didn't bother on checking. I mostly never do. You can't think of me as a lazy U21 coach. Nonetheless, I was able to bring Ecuador to its first WC ever. I guess my methods are not ortodox but they have delivered results. I don't think we will qualify for the finals, since our current youth base is very weak.
3. Who do you think will win the World Cup title name 3 national teams.
3. Having said that, I also don't care who wins the WC, but I hope some teams are able to give surprises this season!
4. Which national team do you think will be the biggest surprise of the tournament?

5. How do you evaluate the current changes in the sokker game, what would you change first to make the game better?
5. I love the current changes in sokker, however, I think the game has to develop harder rules in transfers and finance.
6. Your idea for attracting new players to the game?
6. Attracting new players to the game can be hard. The current pace of the game will help a little. I think simplifying the tactic editor would help, as well as granting a financial aid to new teams due to the current inflation the game is experiencing.
7. Write something about your national team, about the players, about the history, write something so that we can get to know your national team better.
7. What to say about Ecuador U21? well, we are new here, we hope to play decent matches. We hope to come back later. That's it, we have no stars, we are just a country represented by 21 players whose effort has finally brought us to a WC. Greetings!!

5. I don’t think they made it better, despite that changes about season length and number of teams are ok…
Changes to Youth school, are too much… it’s almost impossible to find nice younglings to train, and this is key to the subsistence of the game.
6. Your idea for attracting new players to the game?
6. There are several thins to improve, but I will focus on connecting YS with training in an effective way with the main team, encourage it so you can train players that will end up in your squad.. not like today that you fire 95% of what you got…
7. Write something about your national team, about the players, about the history, write something so that we can get to know your national team better.
7. This season we noticed a reduction in quality and quantity compared with previous season… Therefore, players are more limited so we have to focus on finding the correct strategy for each U21 generation… If we are limited, I only can imagine the trouble that new players, without any real chance to train a star… Finally, I want to highlight that I have the support of community and that is nice, there are key trainers that have adjusted their training plans in favor of the U21 NT, avoiding selling key players... I hope to bring joy with our matches during this U21 WC to the Colombian community, and I wish every coach to do a wonderful tournament

7. Vietnam is a country with a relatively small number of Sokker players but always aiming for the quality of young training, so U21 and the national team always have a good position on the rankings. 1. My name is EJ, my passion is football, futsall but I love me some good NBA game or UFC/boxing match. I was born and raised in NL.
2. how do you rate your group at the World Cup, who will advance from it ?
2. Very strong, pretty balanced. Think France is the only sure thing, then again it's still Sokker ;).
3. Who do you think will win the World Cup title name 3 national teams.
3. Would be nice to see a different country take the World cup, so I'm going for my standard Polska, Romania vote but the surprise might actually be Venezuela

4.I have two; Venezuela, Belgium
5. How do you evaluate the current changes in the sokker game, what would you change first to make the game better?
5. I mean, you change things people complain, you don't change things people still complain. I'm glad since Raul took over he's actually putting work in as much as he can, seems to me its still their hobby rather than their work, so its fine for me. I've been patient the past years anyways or so I'd like to think, so no hurt been done if I wait a few more right? No point in dwelling on the negative.
6. Your idea for attracting new players to the game?
6. Hmm, atleast a good in depth tutorial which shows you the basic ways. It's good if you can attract new customers, but it's better if you can maintain customers for a longer time.

7. I really love the current community, we're rather small still but its a very respectable community, everybody listens to each others opinion and give their own unsalted opinion back. I think this is the force of NL, not having 100 active managers isn't a problem if you got 2 hands full of great managers in response. 1. I live in Trondheim, third biggest city of Trondheim. I have a wife and two children, and I am interested in politics and history. I also play real life soccer with friends.
2. how do you rate your group at the World Cup, who will advance from it ?
2. Probably Germany and Belgium. I would be surprised if Norway will gain any points in the group, but of course we are making plans for how to do it!
3. Who do you think will win the World Cup title name 3 national teams.
3. I believe Poland and Romania have good chances of winning.

4.I hope Norway, of course!
5. How do you evaluate the current changes in the sokker game, what would you change first to make the game better?
5. Usually I am very opposed to changes in Sokker. One of the reasons I was less active for many years, is that changes made it less attractive to join Sokker. In particular that you had to wait for several minutes to watch a game unless you had Plus.
6. Your idea for attracting new players to the game?
6. It's hard now. In Norway, we hardly get newcommers at all. I think we need to be patient, and stick to one important rule: it must be attractive to play Sikker without Plus, and even more attractive with Plus. Only then we can recruite new players, and still make it possible for the owners to have some income.

7. I started as U21 coach last year. Since then, all the players have changed. Last season we finally had some decent artackers. Now they got too old, just before the World Cup.....Norway has a strong defense, but we are severly weakened both in the midfield and in attack before the tournament. Hopefully, this is the case for everybody else as well!

1. I am 33 years old, live in São Paulo, Brazil and hope in 2024 to be living in Hamburg, Germany.
2. how do you rate your group at the World Cup, who will advance from it ?
2. I'm in the most difficult group in the World Cup. Romania will definitely qualify for the next round. There will be three teams fighting for just one position.
3. Who do you think will win the World Cup title name 3 national teams.
3. Poland or Romania only..
4. Which national team do you think will be the biggest surprise of the tournament?
4.Colombia and Cuba usually surprise us.
5. How do you evaluate the current changes in the sokker game, what would you change first to make the game better?
5. The change in economy has only been good for those who are just starting to play (and probably won't stay more than 6 months) and has hurt those who have been playing for years and still keep this game going. I prefer not to write what I think, as I could be banned by the DEVs =]
6. Your idea for attracting new players to the game?
6. Sokker is a very old game. Young people today will never play it. So they should think of a way to keep those who play currently and then have a focus on users over 20 years old. If they research the age of those who have been playing for more than 3 years, they will see that most are over 30. The youngest generally do not play for more than 1 or 2 years

2. I'm in the most difficult group in the World Cup. Romania will definitely qualify for the next round. There will be three teams fighting for just one position.

4.Colombia and Cuba usually surprise us.
5. How do you evaluate the current changes in the sokker game, what would you change first to make the game better?
5. The change in economy has only been good for those who are just starting to play (and probably won't stay more than 6 months) and has hurt those who have been playing for years and still keep this game going. I prefer not to write what I think, as I could be banned by the DEVs =]
6. Your idea for attracting new players to the game?
6. Sokker is a very old game. Young people today will never play it. So they should think of a way to keep those who play currently and then have a focus on users over 20 years old. If they research the age of those who have been playing for more than 3 years, they will see that most are over 30. The youngest generally do not play for more than 1 or 2 years

7. I don't want to write about my team. If you watch the last 2 World Cup qualifiers, you'll see how happy I am with the current engine and the DEVs

1. Hi, My name is Tomek. I am 38 years old and I am a Project Manager in the polish company which produce stators and rotors to wind, hydro, etc. industry. I am living in Wrocław and have wife and two children 7 years old daughter and 1 years old son

2. I think that my group is equal and all teams have chance to play in the Cup phase of World Cup
3. Who do you think will win the World Cup title name 3 national teams.
3. Poland, Turkey and .... Czech Republic :-p

4.Czech Republic of course :-)
5. How do you evaluate the current changes in the sokker game, what would you change first to make the game better?
5. It is great that NT coaches can see the players skills witch this opiton is much easier to find the properly players to the team. All are complaining that the news are implemented very slowly, but we should be happy that the game still exist :-)
6. Your idea for attracting new players to the game?
6. First we have to wait that owners of the game will finish all necessary changes if the game will work properly than we can think to find the new users.
7. Write something about your national team, about the players, about the history, write something so that we can get to know your national team better.
7. Czech Republic have very strong community. We gave a lot of equal players. My team u21 don't have the stars but is very equal. I hope that it will be my advantage during the World Cup. I am waiting for the first match and I hope that I will play in the Cup phase :-)
