1- Hello to all. My name is Ernest, I have been the manager of the Russian U-21 Youth National Team for several seasons. Interested in kayaking and football of course, especially cup games - UCL, UEL, UECL.
2. Fans of the National Team you lead, and others interested in your person would like to know your success in the game sokker, so what can you brag about?
2- Personally with my club Trud Voronezh I won the national championship twice and the national cup four times.
3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- My favorite tactic is to pull the opponent into my half and make a fast counterattack. I love playing with fast wingers, but I don't have them in my team unfortunately.
4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?
4-5-6 It's hard to write something smart about my team because most of the players have changed and they are new. We're just getting to know each other. Basically I will try to field a squad in the best form and dedicated to the opponent. My goal is to get out of the group and I'm gonna strive to achieve that.
7. What would you like to say to the fans of your national team before the start of the U21 World Cup?
7- I think Germany can be dangerous and will win the tournament ultimately.
8. Who will win the U21 World Cup?
8- Previous seasons shown us that everyone can become champion with some luck. Why not Bulgaria again...

11- I would like to say a few words to the owners of the Sokker Game that recently not many valuable juniors have been coming to the Trud Voronezh youth school and it would be good to change that :) but if seriously, cups such as UCL, UEL and UECL could be introduced into the Sokker Game.

1- Hi, I'm Norbert, I'm 37 years old. My hobbies are sports, investments and law. 5 months ago my daughter Maria was born and she is the whole world now :)

2- I hope the successes will come soon ;) So far I have advanced to the U21 World Cup 3 times (once I won the group), I have been on the podium of the Copa America U20, Gold Cup U20, Druid's Cup, African Cup U21 and Mini World Cup U20 friendly tournaments.
3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- My favorite tactic is corner tactic. Joke ;) Everyone likes offensive play, but I try to balance tactics. I set up my players according to the skills of my players and adapt it to the tactics of the opponent.
4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
4- Certainly the weakest formation in my team is the midfielders. I suspect the reason is more complicated training than in other formations. In the other formations, the team is evenly matched, we don't have stars that we can boast to the world.
5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
5- The most important thing is to have someone to choose from, so it is important that all experienced clubs have junior schools. For this I persuaded several Czechs. Besides, it's important that new users join the game. To this end, I've recruited about 10 new users to the game in this country. I am happy when a junior stays with his club and gets proper training. This is pride for the club owner.
6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?
6- To begin with, the most important thing will be to advance from the group, which is very difficult. Germany, Slovakia and Croatia are very strong teams. Victory may be decided by the details. I hope my players will be healthy and in good form.
7. What would you like to say to the fans of your national team before the start of the U21 World Cup?
7- Keep your fingers crossed for us, cheer us on and get excited. Have fun!

1- My name is Tomek. I am 39 years old. I have two children, daughter is 8 years old and son is 2 years old. I am working as Project Manager in energy industry. At the moment my hobby is my family I am trying to support my daughter in music school and together with her I am learning to play on xylophone.
2. Fans of the National Team you lead, and others interested in your person would like to know your success in the game sokker, so what can you brag about?
2- I was coach Ireland u21, where after 3 years I achieved qualification for Wold Cup. I was one year coach of Czech Republic u21 where I achieved twice quarterfinal and bronze medal during World Cup. Probably if I will finish my adventure with u21 I will start to take care my club, because I have achieved maximum second place in second polish division.
3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- I think that I prefer defensive tactics, but sometimes like also play formation 4-3-3. In u21 you need to every season looking for new tactics and preparing formation for current players.
4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
4- I think that a lot of teams are equal during WorldCup. Our country has the biggest advantage, because I have a lot of players who I can use during tournament.
5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
5- I think that in Poland we should focus to train playmakers and goalkeepers, because here I see the biggest gap at the moment :-)
6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?
6- Of course I would like to achieve medal during World Cup, but first of all I need to get qualification to cup phase and then I need to play each match like a final and maybe I will achieve my main goal :-)

1- I'm Seba, 46 years old. I work in IT. For the past 17 years I've worked in a consumer robotics company and I'm about to switch jobs at the beginning of 2025.
2. Fans of the National Team you lead, and others interested in your person would like to know your success in the game sokker, so what can you brag about?
2- I started playing Sokker in early 2007, left around 2016 and came back in 2021. In my first tenure I started in league E and moved up to first division in my country, but never won it. Also never won the national cup. So basically I have nothing to brag about. :)
3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- I don't have a favorite tactic. I try to adapt to the players that I have and tweak things to adapt to the opposition in order to decrease their chances and increase ours.
4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
4- Historically, Argentina has had good, balanced teams. Our main problem is with depth, we don't have that many players in each position, so every injury or form decrease has a huge impact in our team.
5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
5- Keep training, that's the key to this game!
6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?
6- We want to get out of the group phase. After that it's a step by step process where we'll need a bit of luck with the draw and who knows, maybe we'll make it far. :)
7. What would you like to say to the fans of your national team before the start of the U21 World Cup?
7-I know it's hard to repeat what Rich achieved in the last world cup where we reached the final, but I promise I'll do my best to go as far as possible.

12- In the early days it was a balanced game, very difficult to play but really fun. With the new changes they made the game easier to play but broke many things in the process.

13- It's definitely more than 3: Geston, Terrion, Krzysztof, XxSaimonxX, Mikoos, Germanek. I'm probably missing a few, but all those users either organizing tournaments or writing tools are my favorite!

1. Traditionally, please introduce yourself in a few words :) write to us what you are interested in, what is your hobby.
1- I'm Seba, 46 years old. I work in IT. For the past 17 years I've worked in a consumer robotics company and I'm about to switch jobs at the beginning of 2025.
2. Fans of the National Team you lead, and others interested in your person would like to know your success in the game sokker, so what can you brag about?
2- I started playing Sokker in early 2007, left around 2016 and came back in 2021. In my first tenure I started in league E and moved up to first division in my country, but never won it. Also never won the national cup. So basically I have nothing to brag about. :)
3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- I don't have a favorite tactic. I try to adapt to the players that I have and tweak things to adapt to the opposition in order to decrease their chances and increase ours.
4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
4- Historically, Argentina has had good, balanced teams. Our main problem is with depth, we don't have that many players in each position, so every injury or form decrease has a huge impact in our team.
5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
5- Keep training, that's the key to this game!
6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?
6- We want to get out of the group phase. After that it's a step by step process where we'll need a bit of luck with the draw and who knows, maybe we'll make it far. :)
7. What would you like to say to the fans of your national team before the start of the U21 World Cup?
7-I know it's hard to repeat what Rich achieved in the last world cup where we reached the final, but I promise I'll do my best to go as far as possible.
