so as i mentioned next tournament will 24 teams 6 groups 4 teams only the winner will continue from world cup there will be 2 wild cards max .
So from this edition, all teams without England qualify
+ 5 best teams from flow B
Netherlands and Moldova will be wild card 1 and wild card 2 most likely will join the tournament

all the rest teams will play flow B and will try to promote that will be defined in the beginning of the next tournament.

After saying that, it was not a so terrible experience for me in 2 points :

— my first opponent didn’t valid any invitation, and it’s happen for others too. It’s not manageable of course when it’s happen, but imo those coaches should be exclude in next eu27 tournaments whatever the country. That’s said.

— the “white card” flow was a hard ladder (I had to play vs WC semi/finalist again). I don’t know how to deal, it’s not easy, but imo there’s should be a reflow in some way after WC ending.

For invite I can improve with some help sending messages in the week before tournament

I can't ban whole country for a mistake everyone deserves second chance but as I see I banned England for flow A :(
Teams from world Cup play so far 4 teams for 3 players that's more easy
And you play usaly with teams that you did not play in world Cup
Now with 2 teams I make sure they will play at final only in playoffs

Not a country but coach ban for 1 next EU27, to give a second chance, later. I don't think not replying and valide an invitation during 5 days is a "mistake" or playing above U27 when coach engaged a EU27 tournament is a "mistake" too.
