we have 16 teams signed for flow B we will look for possible replacements on wild cards
so the tournament will be 4 groups 4 teams

winners will play playoffs 1-4 place
second teams 5-8
third 9-12
last 13-16

this will give 1 week for playoffs for promotion qualifiers that again will depend on wildcards from the world cup
