Asunto: Vote to save our junior schools : a letter to the Devs.
This topic is still active, after months… it was also the last time we saw a dev in forum I think. Happy new year sokker :-)
Dear Raul,
Since this topic is not finished (more than 200 users supported this "letter" now) I take the chance to reiterate the request.
First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to answer your official answer which contains some mistakes.
1) It is not true that the probability of having a poor or average or good draw are the same. Some simple calculations of probability seems to me sufficient to explain what everyone sees every week. see my probabilities post (page 15, in this topic)
2) It is not true that junior schools draw multiple divine, It is the clubs that train them. If the multiple divine is your problem just fix it in club training but not in school training (for example, by increasing the gap to reach a level on the higher levels)
3) It is not true that your planned school reform (Facilities) would improve on the random factors (except only one, the number of juniors per week.)
Raul, If this is not a dev priority, for many users (at least 200) fixing this poor game experience is a priority.
Let me insist: the probability is very badly distributed. By changing a few random factors (without reprogramming anything) we can immediately improve the probability of NOT having so much unsellable juniors, without touching much the little chances of having big draws.
1) Set a higher minimum starting level (currently tragic (0). 3 to 4 for example.
2) Set the maximum starting age to 17 (currently 18). No more 18y entries, the probability is extremely low to get a valuable player in the end.
3) Define a minimum of 50% new juniors according to the allocated places (and not from 0 to 6 for 6 available slots).
Thanks.

How many devs are there and key question; do they play the game?
