Nah i have tragic 18 yo 2 weeks and 18 lvl 1 week only 1 16 yo but 3 lvl 15 weeks

Something appears to have been altered with new youths, it is very likely devs have changed something they do not announce.
Like what ? your bad luck maybe. It s happen to everyone, sometimes for seasons. it’s the same lottery, since years, nothing new.
definitely change in system regarding of age and lower skills possibility, never experienced it as now - 3 weeks and only 2 16y but hopeless and tragic one, more 18y old
Sure, a shorten season change things worse in term of probabilities since devs didn't change any parameters.
In my first post i just ask devs to change 3 parameters as a quick fix. Not a big deal, but they prefer to follow a roadmap (facilities in academy) that will never change those poor probabilities.
So for now we have to wait (maybe years) until devs complete their roadmap.
I'm sorry, I tried to convince the devs to quickly modify the probabilities a bit, and despite the support of many players it wasn't enough :-/
For me, i just keep academy open for fun and to help NT, but in term of strategy, since it's far too dependent on luck, i think it's better to close academy to save money and buy on market young players (if we want young players off course)

Totally the opposite, the last weeks there have been more promising youths. I have years with the school open, I have not seen something like this before.
