Asunto: Vote to save our junior schools : a letter to the Devs.

Totally the opposite, the last weeks there have been more promising youths. I have years with the school open, I have not seen something like this before.

if you are lucky one week in few years, in term of probabilities it s not "totally the opposite". But good for you. Juts to know , what's your entries this week ?

Rarely I open all the 30 maximun places for junior team, but this season I had to fire some players somehow promising because an increase of quality recruiting youths.

I got two youths this week that might stay, and it is really hard to fire some other players to have those 6 extra places for new youths. If devs, in order to have better players, have increased the quality of youths, they should also increase the amount of maximun places for junior team.

Solid, i got only one junior 3rd weeks in a row. But today his skill is 2, last week i got a zero lol

Except that, with a shorten season, probabilities are even poorer. That’s a change. Some are very lucky, most are not. Not only it’s unfair, but It puts the market under constant pressure too, when we have fewer and fewer young top players.

It sounds contradictory. It would be unfair if everybody would be lucky, but it is not about fairness, it is about probabilities.

That being said, if nothing changed in youth system( like in my personal case that I got four plus seasons without any top player from school), noticing a positive change, is somehow fair because the distribution works as a matter of time.

It won't solve the problems associated with the youth academy, and we can always wait for the devs to do something... But... I've been working on making the academy a bit more fun.

I'm using SK tables as a tool and it is great, has lot more to offer as Sokker + subscription!

I make +1 only to make number of unhappy managers bigger!

I tried yesterday to make poll with Topic "Do you think Sokker should be as it was before 01.01.24?" and had - Server Internal error 500!

I never made new topic with poll, but how difficult it should be with 2 options Yes and No!
