Asunto: [NT] Mini World Cup season 64

This season the Mini World Cup we will start in Week 3, after the elections are finished.
16 National Teams will battle for the title of Mini World Champion!

First we'll start off with a Group stage, 4 groups containing 4 teams.
To form the groups we will create 4 Pots based on ranking (we're using the ranking the teams are on today, 13/03/2023). Then we will let random decide who will play in which group.

Reserve teams will substitute another team when something goes wrong,

After 3 matches, the Group stage is finished. Nr 1 and Nr 2 in the group stage will move on to the "Winners knock out phase" and the quarter finals.
Nr 3 and 4 move on to the Lucky losers knock out phase"

This way we ensure every participating team will play 6 matches.

Group stage will be played with Normal game.
2nd phase (Winner & Loser knock out phase) will be played with Cup game.

W6 : Qfinal : Best 1st-2nd of each Group
W7 : Sfinal and position 5th>8th
W8 : Final and position 3rd-4th and postion 5th-6th and position 7th-8th
(same nb of weeks for Loser because with 9th to 16th position)
