RULES

Who qualifies? 24 teams are determinate by standing of last season if any team declines participation the next in standing from flow B will be invited. Teams that want to play or rejoin have to start from flow B

FORMAT 6 Groups by 4 Teams

How many teams qualify for playoffs

Winner of every group qualifies

Wild card places for playoffs

teams that reach the world cup semifinal reach the wild card playoffs
- if the team signed up for Euro becomes a world champion and qualifies directly for playoffs his place in the group stage is replaced by the next team in the ranking
- if the team signed up for Euro becomes the world vice-champion qualifies directly for playoffs his place in the group stage is replaced by the next team in the ranking
- if the team signed up for the Euro WC semis and loses that semifinal play a playoff for third place if the other team eliminated in the semifinals is from the euro tournament

Conclusion we can have a maximum of 2 wild cards and a minimum 0

Do teams that are second in the group's stage qualify
depending on how many wild cards we have second teams may qualify a number of teams is between 1 and 4 it will vary

PROMOTION RELEGATION

This edition there will be a promotion-relegation system top 2 teams from the second flow will qualify for the next edition the teams that are in 3-4 in the second flow will play against teams that are in 21-22 places from the main flow. 23 and 24th team will relegate directly

Golden rule if the team signed up for flow B gets a wild card from world cup it will qualify for main flow if is the 3th or 4th team in the world cup will qualify for promotion playoff for flow A

all winners join places from 1-8 + 2 teams from the world cup

teams in second place with 2 teams ( from semifinals) from the world cup playing 9-16 place

teams in third place + winner flow b play + best fourth team play for a place from 17 -24 no one relegates

teams finished on fourth place (5) teams play for wild cards that most likely will qualify them for the next edition
The second best fourth team joins the second round of this elimination (he plays with the second team from Flow b in first round

if Hellas wants to rejoin they will have to play flow b same as England did ...
