Asunto: »Team transfer to other country?

You should definetely leave your life behind and move to Poland just to be able to compete on a higher level. I would like that level of commitment :)

Nothing illegal, unfair or favoring anyone.

I'm curious. How is it "not favoring anyone" that a newcomer to a country enters the bottom league with a big bag of money? Clearly this is an unfair advantage in comparison to other teams at the same level of that country?

Not that I care much in this particular case, since it doesn't affect me. But I can't understand the reasoning behind this, and certainly not from a fairness perspective? Why not start from zero? After all, it's the user's decision to switch country - I don't suspect that he had to.

You are %100 right.
2023-06-05 13:05:16
I still do not think is legal
2023-06-05 13:22:49
Interpol should be involved in this case.
P.S. is there really someone here that gives a *uck about this ? I would be happy if someone moves to Croatia from anywhere to boost our community in this way
2023-06-05 13:35:42
Hmmmm, that reminds me of one guy.
2023-06-05 20:34:54
it was money which he already had and apart from that nothing had been added to his account, he doesn't have better juniors or even better weather on the stadium
his stadium, though, might be worse than he had earlier, his coaches are probably far worse and he has to invest money in them once again and his league level is probably also lower
2023-06-05 22:00:11
So you only take into account his perspective and not that of his new league competitors. Case closed.

So you only take into account his perspective and not that of his new league competitors.

Well, You are entitled to Your opinion even if it is wrong.
2023-06-05 22:40:27
Look. I simply raised the issue of fairness, looking at the case from the perspective of the league as a whole.

In your answer, you only wrote about he, his, he, his, he, his, he and his. Completely disregarding his competitors. If my opinion is wrong, why don't you address it with arguments then, instead of resorting to sarcasm and arrogance?
2023-06-05 23:03:37
You responded with hostile attitude putting words I have never spoken into my mouth or deeds I hadn't done.
I didn't disregard his future competitors, I just didn't see his money influx affecting them in any significant way.

am I right? - don't know, impossible to tell, and even if You doesn't agree it doesn't make that decision wrong or unfair
will he progress faster than his current league competitors? - probably yes
will it be thanks to that money? - maybe, possibly, but not necessarily
will it matter from his competitors point of view? - no, or at least I don't see how could it, just short minor inconvenience at most
is it fair then? - from 0 or 1 point of view it certainly is not, but since he had that money and it does not affect future competitors in any significant way, I consider it within limits of fairness
can You think differently? - yes, but it won't change anything
so who is right, me or You? - depends on opinion, depends on who You ask
will it be better if I would just tell him that it was impossible and if he wants he may start the new team in Romania without anything originating from his old club? - I don't think so, I try to help users, not to make it more difficult for them
so didn't I just made it more difficult for his current league competitors - I don't think so

happy?

Wow. Just wow. Hostile attitude from me? I asked some completely neutral questions, which you didn't answer at all. Instead you just replied initially with sarcasm. I'm not having that.

Anyway, either there is fairplay or there isn't. There's no middle way here, only bending of rules. Your post above is clearly a an admission of guilt - you did indeed favor him unfairly. No one in their right mind can argue otherwise.

And no - that does in no way make me happy. Goodnight.

Wow. Just wow. Hostile attitude from me?
You have just written as a statement that I have taken only his perspective into the account and not competitors. And I know better what I did or did not taken into account, so I know it is a lie about me - how it is not hostile attitude when someone spreads false information about someone else, phrasing it as it was an obvious fact?

Wow. That escalated quickly haha.

I beg to differ. Such decisions, or any staff decision will usually make some users happy, some unhappy, some will be thinking it was fair, some will not. Anyway, I don't care and I assume I have explained what happened here and why. Anyone feeling harmed by my actions may write to Raul or admins or devs or whoever, as always.
