Anyway, either there is fairplay or there isn't. There's no middle way here, only bending of rules. Your post above is clearly a an admission of guilt - you did indeed favor him unfairly. No one in their right mind can argue otherwise.

I beg to differ. Such decisions, or any staff decision will usually make some users happy, some unhappy, some will be thinking it was fair, some will not. Anyway, I don't care and I assume I have explained what happened here and why. Anyone feeling harmed by my actions may write to Raul or admins or devs or whoever, as always.

If someone wants try to change a country, he or she may try, just ask admin or dev but only if there are some reason to do so. At least, that's how I see the current situation look like, though it's hard to tell if Raul or devs see it the same way and they are the ones making the decisions here.
