You can read the first report with Mouhamed who is Senegal NT Coach.

1. To coordinate an U21 team, in country where you have only few users, it is not easy. But now Senegal have 17 user, thats true lots of them a new face here How many players play in your team from bot teams? Do you cooperate with the few users to help homeground boys? Did they help to train players or only have youth schools there and sell his youth players.

This season i didn’t need to save some players from bot teams as with new users which are very committed to developp young talent for NT it helps a lot. Right now i am reach them from time to time to scout some talents and help them in the training but few of are experience enough to train so most of them are selling but it will come obviously.

2. You are the only one manager, who lead his home country. So Senegal is closer for you then the other managers' the other country, isn't it? How you feel your chances i the African cup? Who can be your serious opponents?

Yeah Senegal is closer to me as i am senegalese it will mean a lot to win this cup as i fail woth the senior team in semi finals when i managed them. I am one of the favorite but it mean nothing it’s sokker everything can happen. The most serious is obviously saudi arabia which are very good right now. My plans for Afcon is obviously to win it after my good preparation phase. The strongest opponent is Saudi arabia.

3. Tell me little about your club. You got a gold medal in Senegal on the Senegal Championship. What is your secret? There are 4 older user, but your team seems much stronger in this year too.

My secret is that in sokker i invest a lot on talented younsgters because i believe it is better to invest a lot of money on youngsters and help them grow. My actual team is really strong because i basically build a long term training plan since seasons ago and they are getting stronger because of their talents.

4.Tell me something about you. What is your hobby in a really life or something?

In real life i like to play video games, to watch some youtube or twitch videos and to do sport.

5. What is your favourite football clubs or players?

My favorite clubs are Liverpool and Barcelona. My favorite players are Messi, Gerrard and Ronaldinho

6. What do you mean the new sokker.org developements?

I think sokker is developing in the right way despite i didn’t like the pace nerfed because now it makes people spending a lot in big talents so the market is very unbalanced and overpriced.

Thank for the questions and good luck to every teams ;)
Mouhamed

The second riport with Glazy (Jamaica)

1. To coordinate an U21 team, in country where you have only few users, it is not easy, there will be need a really big motivation here. How many players play in your team from bot teams? Do you cooperate with the few users to help homeground boys? Did they help to train players or only have youth schools there and sell his youth players.

I have just 1 from bot team.
The jamaican users send all new prospects that they have. Its hard to work with many of players owner because some dont know language, and some dont care about game.

2. Why you choose Jamaica when candidated? Have you another plan to candidate a seniors one day, which country could be your choice?

I was manager from senior team at Jamaica in 2 season, and 2 season at seniors of Lietuva. I coached Cymru u21 NT too. My goal its to developing Jamaica football and try to make something notable here.

3. How you feel, who can win the U21 African Cup?

I think Senegal!

4. What is your favourite clubs and players in the real life?

Farul Constanta from Romania, and like a players i dont have a favourite.

5. Tell something about you from the real life!

I am football coach in 5th romanian league , i have UEFA C licence for football coaching. And my job is Automatization engineer in an Reffinery.

6. What do you mean the new sokker.org developements?

Every change of sokker, org come with good things and opposite.

Third report with The_Ripper (U21 Tunis NT), who is a secret person:)

1. To coordinate an U21 team, in country where you have only few users, it is not easy, there will be need a really big motivation here. How many players play in your team from bot teams? Do you cooperate with the few users to help homeground boys? Did they help to train players or only have youth schools there and sell his youth players.

It's really hard to the point that I think it is quite pointless to manage a small country like that. There are only 70 players in TOTAL available. Most from bot teams. There are 3 users (2 old, one new) and fortunately two of them have youth schools (which is actually great!) but it's nowhere near enough to have any resemblance of having a chance to be competitive.

2. Why you choose Tunis when candidated? Have you another plan to candidate a seniors one day, which country could be your choice?

Roll of the dice. I was suprised that I got a vote to be honest :) I'm not interested in senior NT.

3. How you feel, who can win the U21 African Cup? What is your plan in the Cup?

I think Senegal is likely to win. Realistically 3rd place in group stage; with some luck maybe 2nd place.

4. What is your favourite clubs and players in the real life?

Górnik Zabrze, Bayern Munich - Podolski, Lewandowski

5. Tell something about you from the real life.

I rather not tell because I'm a very private person :)

6.What do you mean the new sokker.org developements?

Developments are bad and slow. I quit the game 10 years ago and it has not changed by a lot since besides that most users from before are gone now. Only masochists are left :)

4th report with Clauditza the NT Coach of U21 Misr behind with 15 season in Misr

1. Wow you have spent 15 sokker year in U21. You are a veteran an loayal captain here. That is a passion? Maybe you have a big project here? Do cooperate the users easily to help you to train homeground players, or help you from your country to train Egypt players? How many bot players in the team?

I never took into account the time spent and if you say it's 15 seasons I could say we've been talking for a very long time. The idea is that when I have a project I try to complete it (it's hard to say what is the end of this project considering that I don't have a set goal). But it matters thatIt's collaborators so that all your work is continuous. I coach the U21s but the big team also lives off my work. That's why collaboration is important. At the moment I only have two players who are part of BOT teams or in the making. I don't know if this benefits anyone because players somehow get trapped in their teams and it's very hard to get on TL.

2.Why you Misr when you looked for an U21 team before 15 Sokker year?

I am part of a team and we chose to come together to MISR. It should not be forgotten that we took over the national teams when they were in last places. It was only through work that we managed to reach important positions in the overall rankings, and Egypt has now become an uncomfortable team for most opponents.

3. What you would like to reach in the African Cup? Whose teams can win the Cup?

The point is that this tournament cannot be a goal for me. I want to win, but I don't know the opponents, I am convinced that I can win any match as easily as I can lose it. The group is easy and if we win in the semi-final we will do it in the final, Egypt is number 1 in this tournament.

4. What is your favourite players or teams in the real life?

From Romania is FCU Craiova (this is what connects me to the staff in Egypt), From Europe I like to see Naples(Napoli), Chelsea or everything in "blue and white"

5. Tell me something about you from the real life.

I played football at level 2, then football referee at level 3 and now I'm ... mother of two :D I like to spend my free time on this game because I relax a little :D

6. What do you mean the new sokker.org developements?

Change is done far too slowly. It doesn't help that players grow slowly and it's even more difficult for countries where there aren't many managers. It's strange that I, as Egypt, don't have players and Poland would make 7-8 teams of the value of my first team. Ideally, a player's nationality should be random. That's how we would somehow balance the scales.
