if it will be with full squads so Israel is in too

England is in, prefer U27

I already written that Schweiz is but I write again for express the U27 preference

Italy prefer U27 with the possibility of three players over 27

Spain is in and prefers to play with full squad

Russia can participate but only if can play U27 + 3 players U30. (Simply have 0 strikers <30 yo).
