is this topic is a problem solving theme or looking for NT coach for a country or a place for report about electoral in a country or other else?
because from i read,,, the first post problem is already answered by admin. so the case should be end or closed.

and about local election, i think every candidate can open one topic at the country forum that he or she join in. and about how to get vote from club managers at that country, it depend the candidate personality approach to the voters. how he comunicate, how he promote his programme for the NT in the new season.

so, i think, because the opening question already answered then this topic should be explain by mod, will it be closed or still open and use for what if still open ?
