Interview with Gexge, the NT Coach of Misr
1. Tell me about something for yourself, what is your hobby?
First of all, thank you for the invitation. My name is George and I live in Bucharest (Romania). Taking into account that I have been in this game since 2006, I could say that I have aged here. :D Passion no. 1 is football, which I practiced for many years. Over the years, I had to give up for good (health problems, operations) and I became just a spectator, a fan. I go to the stadium to support my favorite team quite often and when I can't I follow them live regardless of what I have to do. I would say my second passion is this game to which I like to spend a lot of time (sometimes too much). I have played for 17 years with this game :D
2. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?
Football is unpredictable and that is why it is so beautiful. If only the favorite teams would win, then there would be no point for the matches to be contested. It is the same in sokker. That is why it is difficult to say which are the favorite teams. But I assure all the participants that Misr is a "hard to kill" team. Senegal is a strong team that I haven't really played with. I remember that 2-2 (won by Egypt after 11m). Just as I remember the defeat with Kenya (1-4) in which my team was completely outplayed. I think everyone has their chance.
3 Tell me about your group and opponents, how you feel it?
It is a tough group from which I think 3 teams will qualify and two of them will be 100% Senegal and Egypt.
4. African teams never got into the World Cups. Only 2 teams reached the 3rd place in the World CuP Quaify group earlier, One day an African team can get into the World Cup? How you feel it? Will be there a potential some of them in the future?
It is very difficult but not impossible. The difference is made by the small number of active managers in Africa compared to the other continents. This can be seen in the small number of players. It was said in the past that juniors can have other nationalities to somehow balance the situation. After all, this also exists in real football and I hope it will be done in sokker as well. Otherwise it's hard to do because you don't have many options. In Egypt there are 3 managers who actually play. How many juniors can I take out to form a batch? At least if I had the right to sell players from BOT teams. It is a great performance for Egypt that it is on the "plus" in the general ranking, I think we are not the only ones in this situation :( And under these conditions, I hope that Egypt will qualify as long as I am the manager.
5. Do you have favourite African players in the real life, If you need to choose an African dream team with your favourite players what will be this 11 players? You can take into the team retired footballers too.
I think there are many and I certainly don't know all of them. George Weah, Samuel Eto'o, Abédi Pelé, again Didier Drogba. It was my favorite. I can't forget Roger Milla either for what he did at CM 90. Now there are many and most of them are young. Mane and Salah are the most titled of today's players. I wouldn't be able to make a first 11 because there are too many midfielders and forwards and I wouldn't have room to put them all :D
6. What is your favourite football club or players?
Favorite club is FCU 1948 Craiova. ex- F.C. Universitatea Craiova . With a tumultuous history that ended up being abolished and replaced with a politically created clone. Finally, we returned to football and managed to promote again in League 1 from Romania and that's all that matters. I don't have favorite players, it's hard for me to choose.
7. What do you mean the new sokker.org developements or what need to change?
I somehow answered this question. I wish that the junior schools throughout the sokker have players of different nationalities. Besides that, I don't understand why the players who play in friendly matches don't go back to training. Last but not least, it would be good if these friendly tournaments were generated automatically like the friendly tournaments from the club team. It would be simpler for everyone if the matches were already established or if you could set a maximum age for the players (such as U28, U25, U23). If you can play well and if not, look for another tournament.
Thank you for the invitation and good luck in RL. I wish this to all participants and readers.

Interview with Alnus NT Coach of Ozbekiston
1. Tell me about something for yourself, what is your hobby?
My hobbies are: sport (orienteering running), nature, geocaching, trips.
2. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?]
I can´t estimate any favourite teams of the Cup, but Ozbekistan is the outsider, it´s clear and any winning point would be a great success for us :-)
3. Tell me about your group and opponents, how you feel it?
The matches could be interesting, the favourite of our group is Misr, I think.
4. African teams never got into the World Cups. Only 2 teams reached the 3rd place in the World CuP Quaify group earlier, One day an African team can get into the World Cup? How you feel it? Will be there a potential some of them in the future?
It is very difficult for any African or Asian team to get into the World Cup and the route to this success is very hard to overcome ..
5. Do you have favourite African players in the real life, If you need to choose an African dream team with your favourite players what will be this 11 players? You can take into the team retired footballers too.
My favourite African team is Ghana, but I cannot name any concrete players
6. What is your favourite football club or players?
Halmstads BK (Sweden), FK Fredrikstad (Norway), Alverca FC (Portugal), Hellas Verona and FC Pistoiese (Italy). My favourite NT teams are Switzerland and Denmark
7. What do you mean the new sokker.org developements or what need to change?
I like the new system of training that it is possible to train all posts, but it seems to me that the training is very slow and quite a lot of junior players has a low trainng talent. I do not like the narrow ledge on the right side, the setting is not comfortable for mamagers.

Here is the 3rd.
Interview with Kadirou NT Coach of Algeria
1. Tell me about something for yourself, what is your hobby?
Hi to all, my name is Abdelkader , 48 years old, married and chieftain of six members little tribe. My hobbies are ... my family, modelism, aquaristic, DIY and else...
2. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?
I think that there are 3 or 4 favorite teams...Senegal , South Africa , Egypt for a part ... Kenya and maybe Morrocco for an on other part , i consider us as outsider.
I don't have plan, i'm here first to announce that Algeria is back in this lovely competition and for playing my way whatever.I don't have goal, want you to know that we are here and do the best we can.
I just want to say how it is important for us to be present for Africa in sokker and how this date should be an obligation for all managers of african teams !!!
3. Tell me about your group and opponents, how you feel it?
Two favorites teams for the fist 2 places, Morrocco and Kenya, those two teams for their good players and their backgrounds.
Nigeria can surprise each team in this group...Sokker engine is so facetious.
The most important for us is will we'll be present with our best 11 or not ? injuries, desease, suspensions...and how we will start the tournament.
I hope that we will go out this group and then, every thing can happen.
4. African teams never got into the World Cups. Only 2 teams reached the 3rd place in the World CuP Quaify group earlier, One day an African team can get into the World Cup? How you feel it? Will be there a potential some of them in the future?
By the past i played sokker from 2009 to 2015 and with the algerian managers of that time we planed to play the World Cup making all our profits and efforts to this...It was a very hard but an opptimistic and beatifull goal, i don't remember exactly if we reached the third or fourth place of the group with the best team that we ever had in Algeria...
An African team playing the World Cup ? yes, why not ? but i think that it depend of a lot of parameters that you can't masterize...the "Sokker reform" is the most them.
The keys ??? i've got the keys !!! no, i'm jocking ... the keys you said ?
*A community leader with a goal, somebody who will give the energy and keep the way...
**A good community, a base of 10 or more teams playing for the same goal, the more best schools you have the more you have chance to have young players with world potential ...
***Giving place in the local teams to the local players... you've got to form YOUR players, don't wait for the foreigner coachs and teams to make YOUR job.
****Promote your local player on the world market by selling good products, attractives products... not necessairely the best but players that we can work on.
*****Having Strategies, which club for the keepers? who for the defenders? how to earn point in the world ranking, which opponent do we have to lead or not ? how do we have to do to pass from a hat to an other ?
and else and else ... i can talk about this during hours !!!! lol
Currently, i think that Senegal can make efforts for this, to reach this goal ...
5. Do you have favourite African players in the real life, If you need to choose an African dream team with your favourite players what will be this 11 players? You can take into the team retired footballers too.
My favorite African player and my favorite african team ???
Favorite team? Algeria of course !!! youngster, i could die for it!
My favorite african player was the algerian Rabah Madjer, "african gold ball" in 87 and more if the rules were as they are today.
Hihihi , I'm 48 years old algerian man and i'm following the CAN since i've heard about it in 1984...it's gonna be hard for the best 11 !!!
For the algerians there is Madjer of course, Belloumi, Assad, Dahleb and so on... Timoumi, Krimo, Bouderbala, Zaki for the Morrocans, El Aouer for Tunisia, Shehatta, Hassan brothers, Abou Trika, Hamad Hassan , El haddary , Shobeir for Egypt... Miller known as Milla , N'kono, Bell, Song, Omam Biyik for Cameroun,
Amokachi, Yekini, Okocha for Nigeria , Ayew father for Ghana Drogba, Fofana, Feinduno, Bocandé and else and else .... I can't choose.
6. What is your favourite football club or players?
Young, i was supporting " Juve" because of Michel Platini, i was a real fan.
Nowadays, i 'm just following football, the news and the results, supports is for the youngs !
7. What do you mean the new sokker.org developements or what need to change?
I'm really pessimistic about the "new game" ... specially for the little communities as ours. First, 40% of the 98 coutries don't have enough teams to have an complete championship...and the situation is worst year by year...all this has a cost. How many time will they pay for this ??? I think that if nothing is done, they will cut off the light for us.
*Merge of the championships could be a solution.
**Allowed "Plus" owner to lead a second team in one of those country could be an other one.
***Allowed registration in whatever place you want, no matter where you'are living.
Two, the "new game" is a real reset for us and for our results, ...less money, less competitve young players ... so new players less competitive... old countries will keep advantage for a while and the gap is now bigger and bigger.
They spend time and money for the 3d engine wich is awfull !!! the 2d is good, need to be adjust !
i know the game since 2009, nothing is done for injuries !!! no medecine, no doctors....same thing for the form, nothing is done.
"academy player " evolution became random since the old reforme, you pay for a magical trainer and he is unable to tell you or assure you what level is gonna be your player. A shame !!!
Nowadays, an incredible player don't correspond of what it was by the past.
And more, but i don't have enough time for it....Very pessimistic.
However; I wish you all a good game !!!

Interview with Dokidok NT Coach of South Africa.
1. Tell me about something for yourself, what is your hobby?
Hello everyone. Already congratulations and thanks to Red for this perfect organization. I am Habib and I am from Saint_Louis, I work in France in Marseille and I come back to the country when I can for the family. Fan of motorcycle GP and everything that has a link with the protection of nature.
2. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?
We were lucky this year that all the African representatives responded, it's going to be a very good competition. Misr, Senegal, al-Jazā'ir, seems to me to be logical favorites given their last performance. For our part we will give our best to obtain our second trophy. The semi-final is our primary objective.
3. Tell me about your group and opponents, how you feel it (Ghana, Cameroon, Sakatvelo)?
We are favorites in our group, but no match is easy, and a match is never won in advance.
6. What is your favourite football club or players in the real life?
None except our nation
7. What do you mean the new sokker.org developements or what need to change?
A lot remains to be done I think, but the game is in eternal progress. Certain difficulties for us as the sponsors which since the reform have been clearly unfavorable for all the small nations. We have a lot less money coming in because we often play against boot or young teams who don't yet have a big fan club. So match revenues are low. Then we have to choose between being able to train our young people correctly with good coaches or otherwise wait years with lesser coaches and accumulate sufficient capital to invest. The training center remains decisive for the future of small nation clubs. In the menus too there may be better things to do, for example the national team tab, we should be able to do everything and have access to everyone from this tab, which is not currently the case.
Maybe he was on hurry forgot 2 question.
