Asunto: [NT] African Cup - VIII edition

2023-10-27 21:59:55
Interview with Dokidok NT Coach of South Africa.

1. Tell me about something for yourself, what is your hobby?

Hello everyone. Already congratulations and thanks to Red for this perfect organization. I am Habib and I am from Saint_Louis, I work in France in Marseille and I come back to the country when I can for the family. Fan of motorcycle GP and everything that has a link with the protection of nature.

2. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?

We were lucky this year that all the African representatives responded, it's going to be a very good competition. Misr, Senegal, al-Jazā'ir, seems to me to be logical favorites given their last performance. For our part we will give our best to obtain our second trophy. The semi-final is our primary objective.

3. Tell me about your group and opponents, how you feel it (Ghana, Cameroon, Sakatvelo)?

We are favorites in our group, but no match is easy, and a match is never won in advance.

6. What is your favourite football club or players in the real life?

None except our nation

7. What do you mean the new sokker.org developements or what need to change?

A lot remains to be done I think, but the game is in eternal progress. Certain difficulties for us as the sponsors which since the reform have been clearly unfavorable for all the small nations. We have a lot less money coming in because we often play against boot or young teams who don't yet have a big fan club. So match revenues are low. Then we have to choose between being able to train our young people correctly with good coaches or otherwise wait years with lesser coaches and accumulate sufficient capital to invest. The training center remains decisive for the future of small nation clubs. In the menus too there may be better things to do, for example the national team tab, we should be able to do everything and have access to everyone from this tab, which is not currently the case.

Maybe he was on hurry forgot 2 question.

Hmm. make an iterview with myself it is the year of the joke isn't it?:), but I am the manager of Senegal maybe need it?

Interview with Red_Pirate NT Coach of Senegal

1. Tell me about something for yourself, what is your hobby?

I am 41 years old. I like video games, sokker.org is my favourite. I love every phisical activity I like always move a lot, every sport is a chellenge and fun. I played football and tennis on hobby level, but I have a plantal fascia, I neeed finished it. I love roadcycling. Nowadays I started to training more with my cylcle. I started to participate endurance tours, my plan to particpate mateur races next year and particpate 4-5 endurance tour over 100 km, and one 200km, this is a new hobby for me. I haven't plan to reach good results only want enjoy it. If I reach the 80-100 age I will win veteran races:)), I belive the pyhisical activities this is the secret of the long life, we can't be lazy never. Another way I am an african football fan.

2. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?

It is not easy. Everybody can cause a surprise like Cameroon with his last 3rd place on the last African Cup as beat the really good Kenya. Kenya was a really hard opponent and Misr too as I just see Algeria developed so much. I have a 3x17 striker from Morocco Alaoui, and a 17/17 Tunisian defender, what can I say? South Africa was the best from the African teams so many years really strong now too. What is my plan? Between the African teams on the ranking list 3-4 team stronger then Senegal maybe. On so many matches we played over our power. We need to play over our power for a good result. I love to dream another way.

3. Tell me about your group and opponents, how you feel it?

Misr is really strong we fough in last final. I didn't saw Ozbekiston yet, but we played with Tunis on the WCQ, and we got against them 6 points, but the first match wasn't easy against them, the second much better. I would like to get into playoffs.

4. African teams never got into the World Cups. Only 2 teams reached the 3rd place in the World CuP Quaify group earlier, One day an African team can get into the World Cup? How you feel it? Will be there a potential some of them in the future?

Too few users at so many African nation, and they aren't so active and not communicate with each other maybe and on the forum. I was NT Coach at Nigeria and Ghana 1-1 year and won with 0-0 votes at the older seasons. I tried communicate with the users, but they weren't open for this or for a little organized project. It depends on the youth schools too, how much they invest into the youtch schools. Before I became NT coach in Nigeria I trained 4-5 strikers these strikers wasn't so talented, but I trained them, because didn't cam better, I didn't find good potential player from the market. I trained the best striker until 3x15 who wasn't a world class striker. Another problem, to train a striker or defenders easier as to train a midfielders. I feel a little country need to organise the training and need communication this is a key too. Minimum 4-6 users to who train players. And need to speak who train what kind of positions especially really hard to find midfielders. I wait for a talented midfielder for 2 season, I was lucky with my Faye and Salif, but my third young talented midfielder don't want to come. Really interesting after I finished my coaching in Sweden I didn't planed to candidate anywhere, only wanted to train african players I was happy to find midfielders from one of my favourite nation's Senegal. I wanted only help Senegal without any Captain ambitions, but one day Dokidok asked me I could try myself at Senegal as an NT coach. First I said no, but maybe after 1 year, when he asked me again after a little hesitation I said yes. 3 manager voted me. I started do organise developement project and comunicate with managers and some of my friends. I train now 7 Senegal players, shortly I will train 9 senegal player, I took my club team to the background for Senegal. 2 Senegal manager Dokidok and Mouhamed help to train NT players 100% behind the NT with training and with ajunior school. 3-4 other Senegal managers look after the junior school who not train players but pull juniors from the school what is a big help. Too many frash registration teams can't have too much choice, and I have 2 friends who help me to train and some familiar faces who help too. Senegal was the first African country when I am coaching where the manager open for the developement. My plan to get into the World Cup with Senegal one day. The road is longer then I thought. But I happy because I saw the results at the U21 team better and better. I enjoy the work at Senegal:)

5. Do you have favourite African players in the real life, If you need to choose an African dream team with your favourite players what will be this 11 players? You can take into the team retired footballers too.

I said I am african footbal fan. There are or were so many good players but my favourites Jay-Jay Okocha, Tijjani Babangida, Henri Camara(he was one of my favourite from the generation 1998), Mohamed Diame, Cheick Tiote (RIP), Papiss Cissé, Demba Ba (they are all played at Newcastle United). Cissé was incredible he can get a score from everywhere. There were a really good generation in Egypt where was Aboutrika myfavourite. Benrahma showed really nice dribbles in the championship, when he played at Brentford, now he play at West Ham and he changed. I loved Jonathan Pitroipa he played in the Bundesliga and in France from Burkina Faso, they were really strong in 2013 on the AFCON, I felt they win it, but lost the final. Djakaridja Koné, Kabore was a really good defensive midfielders at Burkina Faso I loved that team

6. What is your favourite football club or players?

On club level the Newcastle United is my favourite. I became a supporter when the team was the 20.place and Sir Bobby Robson became the coach. Generally I am big African fan, so I always support for the African teams on the World Cups, mostly Senegal, Nigeria, Ghana, Burkina Faso(only at African Cup they I never see them on WC-s). My favourite player was Jay-Jay Okocha, who danced with the ball, he had an incredible talent in the world. Remy Cabella my favourite from europe.

7. What do you mean the new sokker.org developements or what need to change?
Well, the new training system is really good. But I need to do something with the lower nations, where the managers haven't so much income about the stadium. An older registered team have low income too from the stadium. It would be good we had doctors or pay for it if a player got a long injury. The skin or new menu system I don't feel attractive for new users that isn't important me too. Need some match engine correction. The strikers could head more goals on the matches, especially when you haven't got world class strikers, ant the opponent play with 5 defenders.

Interview with RizzusPrime (NT Coach of Al Maghrib)

1. Tell me about something for yourself, what is your hobby?

Hi, my hobbies, good question: online sports games, cars, DIY, PlayStation.

2. The African Cup shortly coming. How you feel whose teams can have chances to win or the favourites or serious opponent? What is your plan in the Cup?

My project? possibly win the competition. The best? Misr above the others, but also O‘zbekiston, a bit behind the others.

3. Tell me about your group and opponents, how you feel it?

I think that compared to the African Cup, they are equipped teams, it will be tough, but we will try. An assorted and balanced group, it will still be a lot of fun.

4. African teams never got into the World Cups. Only 2 teams reached the 3rd place in the World CuP Quaify group earlier, One day an African team can get into the World Cup? How you feel it? Will be there a potential some of them in the future?

The problem is not the continent, but the lack of active managers, the rest is unfortunately a consequence. In the future, it could happen, but it will be necessary to train the few talents well, as well as hope for a wave of registrations in the smaller nations.

5. Do you have favourite African players in the real life, If you need to choose an African dream team with your favourite players what will be this 11 players? You can take into the team retired footballers too.

GK (N'Kono), DEF (Kuffour, Koulibaly, Hakimi, Yobo), MID (Song, Banda, Okocha), ATT (Salah, Milla, Weah)

6. What is your favourite football club or players?

6 US Lecce / Pelé

7. What do you mean the new sokker.org developements or what need to change?

In my opinion sokker is not a game aimed at very young people, because it is suitable for players who like to plan in the medium/long term. Today kids want everything right away, the search to win their liking is a war lost from the start. The changes they have proposed are, on the one hand, necessary, but as they unfold they are proving to be harmful, especially for the morale of all the players. In my opinion, they should implement a single solution: a bank that gives everyone the opportunity to spend a maximum amount of money over the entire season, in order to avoid teams that waste money on players of dubious quality (now we see too many of them average players at crazy prices), in order to calm the market and make more teams competitive and also give planning possibilities. A single solution instead of many adjustments that are creating havoc. I'll give you an example: I have 1000000000 euros, but I can only spend 50 million a year. I am forced to buy players with targeted spending, regardless of what my idea of the game is. I'm forced to coach and keep an eye on all the expenses, instead of buying dozens of players for 20 million each and then destroying them.

Now this is a begining of an African adventure;)
Enjoy the song and the tournament!

Let se some dates about the teams their last 3 matces minimum, what was their preparations. What can we wait for the teams.

Group A

Al Maghrib: They met with Sakartvelo and South Africa in a friendly matces in this season. Losst against South Africa (1-2), but beat Sakartvelo (8-0). They played against musch stronger teams and with similar caliber teams. Mostly the similar teams weren't problems for Morocco, except South Africa.

Nigeria: Nigeria didn't won a match in the friendly stage with 1 draw. Only Portugalia was their really stronger opponent.

Kenya: Kenya didn't won match in this season, thats true they played against really good teams like Sweden, Portugalia and Mexico, and China wasn't weak too.

Al-Jazā’ir: Algeria played really massive matches. Played a draw with South Africa, beat Sakartvelo easily, and beat Misr. They lost only at their last match against Hayastan in this season They brought really good average ratings I just saw that. They have a serious chances in the Cup I feel.

Group B

South Africa: South Africa came back for the the cup. The had the best ranked African team for a long time. But rarelly participated on the AFCON. Now they are here. They played draw against Algeria in the friendly stage, beat Morocco and Senegal, but lost against Misr.

Cameroon The team older and older. There are less chance for the surprise as on the last AFCON. They played against Ozbegiston twice and lost twice. They didn't won matches this year. How they get goals can be a problem.

Sakartvelo: Well, I felt they are stronger. Before the start, Sakartvelo was in the first pot. They didn't get goal in this year. Mostly got over then 10 goals. Now lost his first match, because missed to fix the gae against Ghana.

Ghana: In so many AFfrican Cup participated well, but now maybe this isn't their strongest days here. They lost all of their matches in the friendly stage. They got goal or goals only on one match.

Group C

Senegal : Senegal lost last 3 matches. Really intersting, they dominated in these matches, but missed his chances, it can be really hard to get points, if they won't find how to get goals.

OzbekistonThey played against African teams on the friendly matches, and they won confidently. They played only one draw. Played 2-2-2 matches against Ghana, Nigeria and Cameroon.

Misr: Their performace was balanced 3 win and three lost. They won against South Africa, and lsot against Algeria.

Tunis: I can say the same the performance was balanced on the friendly matches. Played narrowe matches against a little harder opponents like Costa Rica or Paraguay. They won against Nigeria twice.
