Thats true after saturday the ranking list can change, but hhis will be the POTS, as the election closed and the new season started.

IMPORTANT || RULES:

FIRST ROUND

1. Once the invitation has been sent, publish it in the forum.
2. The maximum term to agree on the friendly is until the sokker update of Wednesday.
3. If the deadline has expired, the 3 points get who sent the invitation 3-0.
4. In case both teams have not take here the invitation to the forum, and the match miss, each team get 0 point.
5. The first 2 team in each group get into the quarter final, the 2 best 3rd place get into the quarter final too.

What decide when more teams have same points:

The advantage:

1. goal deferences decide
2. Most scored goals (If goal difference the same)
3. The result what the two team played against each other.
4. Who get the first goal when played two team against each other (if the two team reached a draw against each other)

SECOND ROUND

1. The invitation must be sent in CUP SYSTEM (Cup rules).
2. Invitations must be sent by the team that will be local.
3. If the game is paced in league mode, in case of a tie passes the team Visitor.
4. The maximum term to agree the friendly is until the sokker update of Wednesday.
5. If the deadline expires the victory will be assigned to the rival team (3-0).
6. If 2 team eliminate in the semi final they will play for the 3rd-4th place.

Individual roles about pairing after the group stage with examples

A group team can't play against A group team. Neeed to play from another group. Some examples
If the best 3rd place the 3A and 3B, and the best first place 1A and 1B, automatically 3B-1A and A-B1 meet in the quarter final.
At that situation the 3rd winner 1C get the worst 2 place team except, if the worst second is is group mate 2C, at this situation he get the worse from the 2B or 2A. So for example need to play with 1C-2B, The 2C will play with 2A.

If a team get into the final from one group when played 1st and 2nd place. They can only play into the final.
For example 1A and 2A can't play against each other in the semi final., and the 1B against 2B neither....

In the semi final: Algeria - Cameroon match winner will play with Senega - Ghana match winner, South Africa-Misr match Winner, will play with Kenya-Uzbekistan match winner.

If you sent an invitation ,after 2-3 day it is disappear. I jsut did it 2 weeks ago maybe, before the Cup started in a friendly game.

Well, I can say you can looking for a friendly opponent this week, as waited to many tiems, and Cameroon had too many time to accept the invitation. Bayota stepped in the sokker today 3 times....
