Ok so we know all participants in current edition of Druid's Cup. I will update the rules which I add here and also send you on @sk, so if you will have some questions please ask here or use @sk :-)

Druid's Cup Rules:

The tournament rules:

1. In the group phase each team will play 3 matches.

2. Points in the group - win - 3, draw - 1, defeat - 0

3. The sequence in group - points, goals difference, results between the teams, quantity of shoots in all group matches, fair play classification.

4. The home team - sends invitation till Tuesday before the match if he will not send it 0-3 (walkover)

5. If some team don't approve invitation till Thursday before the match, the team loses the game 0-3 (walkover)

6. The teams in the group phase can use the players in the matches according to the ranking from the end of week 3 (24.12.2023) :

7. If some team hasn't respected rules point number 6 of the rules (walkover). Only for explanation: You can’t also proceed according to an example.
In the main squad you put two players 21 and start match (because your team has ranking team between 2499-2000 points). During the match the coach has possibility to make 5 substitutions, but he can’t change u21 and use from the reserve next u21 player. He can only use u20 players from the reserve, becasue he has had two players u21 at the begining of the match and used the point from the rules that he can use only two u21 players.

8. In the group phase the teams are playing friendly match. If the coaches set cup friendly match than in the group table I will not use result from extra time and penalties, but only till 90 minutes of the match.

9. After group phase the teams will be devided by 4 pots:

First pot: The teams which achieved first place in their group will play in the cup phase against the teams from pot 4
Second pot: The teams which achieved second place in their group will play in the cup phase against the teams from pot 3
Third pot: The teams which achieved third place in their group will play in the cup phase against the teams from pot 2
Forth pot: The teams which achieved forth place in their group will play in the cup phase against the teams from pot 1

10. The Druid's Cup is following according to the schedule below:

Week 08 (03.02.24) - WC 1/4 or Druid's Cup Group
Week 09 (10.02.24) - WC 1/2 or Druid's Cup Group
Week 10 (17.02.24) - WC final or Druid's Cup Group
Week 11 (24.02.24) - 1/16 Druid's Cup
Week 12 (02.03.24) - 1/8 Druid's Cup or Friendly
Week 13 (09.03.24) - 1/4 Druid's Cup or Friendly
Week 01 (16.03.24) - 1/2 Druid's Cup or Friendly
Week 02 (23.03.24) - Final Druid's Cup or Friendly

The Duid’s Cup is starting week 08. It is the week where there are still matches of Word Cup u21, so for example we can have situation that the teams which will achieve final of World Cup will not play any matches in the groups of Druid's Cup. These teams will achieve last place in the groups, because the all matches will loose walkover, but these teams still have chance to achieve final of Druid's Cup, because to the cup phase will promote 32 teams, only these teams will play against the teams which will achieve the first place in the group of Druid's Cup.

11. In the cup phases the teams will play friendly cup match. If the coaches made mistake and set friendly match and after 90 minutes we will have draw then to the next round will promote the team which wasn't responsible for invitation.

12. Week 11 (24.02.24) - 1/16 Druid's Cup - 32 teams will play cup phase the teams which win their matches will play in Final A and the teams which loose their matches will play in the Final B.

13. Week 12 (02.03.24) - 1/8 Druid's Cup - 16 teams will play in Final A and B. The teams which will lose the match in this round will knockout from the tournament

14. Week 13 (09.03.24) - 1/4 Druid's Cup - 8 teams will play in Final A and B. The teams which will lose the match in this round will knockout from the tournament

15. Week 01 (16.03.24) - 1/2 Druid's Cup - 4 teams will play in Final A and B.

16. Week 02 (23.03.24) - Final A and B and also matches 3thid place final A and B of Druid's Cup.

17. The matches weeks 11, 12, 13 – the u21 coaches can use max u20 players. This rules is not valid for teams which have ranking below 999. These teams can use u21 players.

18. The matches weeks 1 and 2 – the teams is playing u21 players

Among all your players (on the bench and on the pitch) you can put a maximum of two u21 players.
Is it right?

In this case yes you can use max 2 players u21 during the match.

But According to ranking of Moldova you can use max 4 players u21 during the match.

So tldr
Rules states 16 U20 players + 2 U21 players in single match
For Moldova (and other 1999 - 1500 rank teams) 14 U20 players + 4 U21 players in single match
